Despite its central location, the apartment offers surprising peace and quiet, as it is situated on the fifth floor. It’s perfect for a stay in Madrid and for unwinding after a busy day.
The space features a comfortable 135 cm bed, a bright living area with windows, and a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen includes everything you need to prepare your meals during your stay.

We like to inform our tenants about this because there is one of these establishments in our building. We assure you that it does not cause any inconvenience or issues, but you may see some women at the entrance or along the street. We prefer to be transparent in case this might be a concern for you.

Great Location, some cautions with this place
The location of this place was amazing! Right on a square with lots of things happening.
Be warned, the pictures of this place are really working some magic. In reality, it has very low ceilings and not a lot of light at all.
The hot water tank was also tiny so you can only have one 8 minute shower at a time and then need to wait about an hour to get hot water again.
The kitchen was very bare and under stocked. For instance, there was a salt and pepper shaker with no salt or pepper and a coffee machine with no pods to use.
Location is amazing but for what you’re paying, I’d just stay in a hotel instead and at least get a longer shower.

A nice stay!
I lived in Madrid a few years ago and decided to come back to visit with my partner. I picked this place because of the location. It is very central and within walking distance to many attractions and metro/bus. The apartment looked just like the pictures. It is in the attic though (as stated). So, if you’re taller be careful to not hit your head. It was very cute, simple, and clean. As previously mentioned by others, it is on the fifth floor with no elevator so it definitely is not handicap accessible. One of the only critiques that I have is that I wish that there were more pillows - only two were provided. Other than that, everything was great. Thanks for letting us stay here!
Overall a nice place, close to everything. It’s 5 floors to walk up and there ‘s plenty of local color nearby.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr zentral. Sie ist ansprechend eingerichtet und für einen Aufenthalt von zwei Personen angemessen ausgestattet. Positiv sind die zwei Toiletten. Die Wohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss und ist über eine Treppe mit 109 Stufen erreichbar. In den unteren Geschossen des Gebäudes befinden sich Bordellbetriebe. Vor dem Haus, im Eingang und auf der Treppe begegenet man Prostituierten und ihren Freiern. Trotz Rauchverbot liegen überall im schmutzigen hölzernen (!) Treppenhaus Zigarettenkippen. Ein zweiter Fluchtweg ist nicht vorgesehen, die Fenster sind vergittert, im Brandfall käme man nicht einmal auf ein Nachbardach. Auch die Aussicht aus den Fenstern ist eher eingeschränkt. Eine sehr enge Wendetreppe führt innerhalb der Wohnung zum Schlafbereich auf einer Art Empore. Stehhöhe ist dort nur in einem kleinen Teilbereich gegeben, d.h. eine Seite des Bettes ist nur auf allen Vieren erreichbar, also nicht geeignet für ältere Leute oder große Personen.
