You will enjoy a space equipped with everything you need for a stay in total comfort for four people, a few meters from the heart of the city and the perfect tranquility to rest.



-You will enjoy a cozy space prepared for a perfect stay, with a spectacular rustic decoration, a space with exposed wooden beams that provide a great spaciousness and light to the space.



Bedroom: with a 1.35cm double bed, wardrobe, exterior window with lots of light and air conditioning.

Living room: with a comfortable sofa bed for two people, dining table, TV, high speed internet, air conditioning and windows with exterior views.

Kitchen: Equipped with everything you need to cook and prepare what you need. You will have at your disposal a modern washing machine, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. You will also have a toaster and a ceramic hob along with complete crockery and cutlery.

Bathroom: Perfect bathroom equipped with shower, sink and toilet. You will also find shampoo, gel, towels and a hair dryer.

The apartment comes fully equipped with bedding, duvet, towel sets, etc.



The apartment is located in a beautiful building, very quiet and with exterior windows to Noviciado Street. It has an elevator although it is on the first floor.. Access is completely safe and autonomous, you will access the accommodation with total security and without the need for keys, it is a very comfortable and efficient system.



Located in the heart of one of the most fashionable neighborhoods of the capital, is our apartment, where fashion and urban culture are trends. You can walk through one of the streets with the most shops and cafes in all of Madrid, as well as being next to the main tourist stops such as: Gran Via, Plaza Mayor, Sol, Plaza España, etc.



You have the Noviciado Metro Station just 80 meters from the apartment. ; Nearby is also the San Bernardo, Plaza de España and Santo Domingo Metro Station with different connections to the entire city. You also have several nearby bus stops to move around the city.

Great location and easy check-in. The main complaint was the bed was literally hard as a rock. We barely slept. The bathroom could use a deep cleaning. If your looking for quiet place, I would not recommend since the street noise was pretty contant.

Great stay, super convenient location, cool aesthetic

We loved the location: right off of San Bernardo and near to the Gran Via/Plaza de Espana. Lots of restaurants and amenities nearby: empanadas next door, Carrafour express grocery 2-minute walk, great pizza and bakery 1/2 block. Also 1 block to the Noviciado metro stop. The unit has a really nice look/vibe with the exposed beams and brick. Appliances functioned well (Kettle, microwave, fridge, TV) and the fold out couch was really easy to open/close. My daughter thought it was comfortable. Ability to access the street door and separate unit door with the same code was super convenient! No having to keep up with keys. In all, we had a great time, and the unit lived up to our expectations.
