A fantastic hotel. Very contemporary with a minimalistic feel. I loved the smell of cinnamon as you walk into the hotel. Free snacks and drinks 24hrs and an honesty bar. The staff were really fri3ndly too. The room we had was large and spacious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
This hotel is in a suburb of Madrid but somehow that added to the charm as it was very easy to get public transport into the city centre and you felt part of a community. An Uber from the airport was only twelve euros. Room was very civilised with stylish furniture. But what really made it was the communal areas with free refreshments, magazines, comfortable chairs, friendly staff and a real sense they wanted guests to feel comfortable and nurtured. Excellent for solo travelers. Be a little careful with travel from the hotel back to the airport. It's too far out to order an Uber with the starting point as this suburb and the taxi I ordered via the hotel desk took a good while to arrive. Consider downloading the local car-hailing apps that do cover this area or hunker down for a more convoluted trip via public transport. But overall - warmly recommended!
Immediately after arriving I was stunned. The reception told me that there was a lounge in the first floor where I could just take everything for free… I only believed her after I saw it. Food, drinks, even the beer in cans was there to take. Amazing, I never saw something like that before. Only for the “hard drinks” you need to pay. I took a beer and a salad and called it a day. The rooms are big and clean, the personnel are always friendly. The breakfast is very good. I mean what is there more to say. Go there, enjoy your stay, tell all your friends.
Everything was fine about this hotel where we stayed for six nights during our stay in Madrid. Close to the airport, quite a distance from the city, but we did not mind walking the 5 to 10 minutes to the metro station, then about half an hour to get to the city. The snacks (including drinks - beer and wines) available in the lounge were simple but quite adequate, and we chose to have breakfast every morning which helped us to cope till afternoon. All the staff were very friendly and would surely consider staying there again if we return to have a holiday in Madrid one day.
Superb hotel and if you are doing any work or business in that part of Madrid, this is going to be a treat. I was there on a 1month tourist trip and stayed there for 8 nights and loved it. Quite a walk and Metro ( have to change trains) to get to city center. Rooms fantastic, shower and bathroom great. Bed and pillows very good. AC max at 21 C. Bummer for me but I managed to adjust. They treat you very well with their Lobby refreshments, snacks and beer/wine at no extra charge. I have never seen this set up anywhere else in the world and I travel a lot and have done so for decades.
Clean nice modern spacious rooms and really nice bathroom, delicious breakfast, slow lounge with free food, helpful staff. Perfect! Good location in quiet neighbourhood close to metro. Madrid is a perfect city-break for all ages. Much to see and many different areas and restaurants.
Just back from a 5 day visit to Madrid. Hotel is spotless, welcoming and modern. Room was spacious and comfortable. Although not in the centre, " Conception" Metro station is 5-10 min. walk away and a short ride to the centre of the city. . We got a taxi from the airport (€30) and the Metro back ( tourist travel card -approx. €8 a day for unlimited travel). The hotel has free wine ( exact same bottle at the airport €5.80 !!) , beers , soft drinks, sandwiches, pastries, tea, coffee etc..available all day and when you consider the room was €90 per night, after you deduct what you would have spent on these, the room works out to be VERY reasonable. The staff were first class, catering to your every need .I couldn't fault the hotel and I would recommend it to anyone.
The hotel is super cool. You feel young. And it is clean. Service super nice . Free drinks. Rooms very comfy. Perfect. Location is not pure center. So we came by car and it was great! Otherwise ? More complicated but of course metro is not far away. For us great hotel and great value for money.
We stayed here for one night prior to our early morning flight back to the States. The room rate was reasonable and the proximity to the airport convenient. The hotel met all of our needs. The hotel is located in a quiet, residential area with limited restaurants. We found the complimentary food & beverage bar satisfactory before we took metro into Madrid. The hotel, itself, is understated....none of the fluff of high-end hotels. But it is clean and staffed with helpful & friendly employees. Even though our stay was short, the front desk assisted us in locating metro for one last visit to Madrid, printing our boarding passes, and arranging for our early morning taxi. Our room was spacious and bed/pillows comfortable. No scenic views. This is a great hotel for the traveler wanting the emphasis placed on reasonable rates. With metro nearby, it is a bargain. Only a 20-25 minute ride to the main attractions of Madrid. Because we left before breakfast service, I can't review the food. However, there were complimentary pastries and fruit available for us to eat prior to our departure.
1. Excellent staff and very attentive to details and additional support such as booking tickets, providing guidance, etc. 2. Great morning breakfast that fills you up for about 6 hours. 3. Clean and modern rooms - simple but comfortable 4. Safe location and residential, but not great in terms of proximity to city. City accessible through train station that is a 5 min walk and 25 min train ride. 6. No great eating places near the hotel, but observed a lot of local restaurants that cater to the community. 7. I will go back to this hotel. 8. Prices are very nominal compared to city hotels. 9. Loaded up with free snacks that are available after 11am in the hotel. The free snacks (sandwiches, salads, deserts, soft drinks, etc) made upa few meals for us while staying at the hotel.
