A 98 square meter apartment located in one of the coolest areas of Madrid.
A feeling of serenity and elegance is what you will find in this apartment. It has a stylish and contemporary atmosphere, with lamps and other accessories with underlying tones of blue, gray and orange where elegance and modernity dominate. 
Arrangement: living room, open-plan kitchen with island, three double bedrooms, the master bedroom with en suite and dressing room, and family bathroom.
It is located in the Chueca area, which has recently become one of the more trendy areas of Madrid. It has plenty of shops, bars and cultural activities to offer. But if this area is to stand out for something it is because of the hustle and bustle of the people on its streets.  
In this area you can find big open spaces always full of people, such as the plaza that gives the area its name. Shops with exclusive products that you can’t find anywhere else, markets converted into meeting places, museums, historic buildings, art galleries, and many cool bars and restaurants. There are also underground establishments such as tattoo shops and book shops.

During your stay at the apartment in Madrid we ask you to contact Luxury Rentals Madrid per email at reservations@luxuryrentalsmadrid.com immediately if you find anything missing or in bad conditions or if you accidently break anything so that we can fix or settle whatever it is. We want you to enjoy your stay and not be inconvenienced by something which can be fixed or replaced.

Departure should be before 11:00 am, if you require a later departure let us know in advance and we will try to accommodate you, providing our next arrival is not early the same day.


On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to turn lights and A/C off, leave the keys on the table, and shut the door on your way out.

We will inspect the apartment after your departure and return the refundable deposit minus any damages which may have occurred within 7 to 10 working days.

Please note that the client is liable for the correct and decent behavior of all the persons accompanying him/her. Should that person or any of the persons accompanying him/her not behave in a suitable and responsible way, Luxury Rentals Madrid shall be entitled to request the client and the persons accompanying him/her to leave the apartment without the right for the latter to claim any type of compensation.

Important Information:
Never leave the key in the lock on the inside when you leave the apartment, as the door will be locked and it will be necessary to open it by a locksmith, the cost of which, in such case, will be charged to the tenant.
FOR YOUR SAFETY, do not forget to lock the door (turn the lock completely) every time you leave the apartment to avoid unwanted intrusions. (Except the day of check out)
Neither the management company nor the owner of the apartment will be held responsible for these events.

Animals without written permission, parties and Loud music are strictly forbidden and could result in immediate eviction from the property.

Great locatio

Spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment in a great location. Very centrally located and an easy walk to all of the main sites of Madrid. The apartment seems to be newly remodeled with confortable beds and a nicely appointed kitchen. There is a very minimal starter kit of supplies so be prepared to have to make a trip to the market. The checkin process was not as smooth as other places we've stayed as we had to wait outside the unit for someone to meet us and take us inside. I'm used to being given a door code or instructions of where to pick up the key. But they nicely accomodated an early checkin (for a small fee) and the man that met us was friendly. They also were very responsive to questions that came up during our stay. (Most of those could be alleviated with a "home instructions" book in the unit). Finally, be advised there are not any real windows to the outside in this property except for in one front bedroom (not the master). So if you're looking for views to the outside this wouldnt be your choice. But overall it was a very lovely property and would recommend!
