The staff was fine and courteous. The motel is badly in need of a makeover. For example, the light switch plate upon entering our room was covered (maybe a short at some time?) and we had to fumble in the dark to find a switch to turn on a light. The pillows were awful, way past their useful life. The room was clean and mattress decent. When we looked at the continental breakfast offerings, we decided to go across the street to a restaurant.

Was quiet, but extremely dirty. Our bed had blood splatters on the sheet, as well as blood splatters on the chair. I took the sheet off to inspect for bedbugs and the mattress is stained of blood and urine. The room and hotel smelled of mildew. The floor in our room had an uneven floor and was a tripping hazard. The floor around the hottub was filthy and dead bugs laying everywhere. Roaches in the breakfast area crawling on the counter. Desk staff was MIA. People were calling and yelling to check out and no one came. Room service came into our room on the first night which I didn’t appreciate because we had our personal belongings laying out. Would never stay here again.

We just needed a place to stay for one night before an early morning flight. The building condition was dirty and run down, including a handwritten note over the switch at the hot tub saying the hot tub and the jets do not work, and you should not try to turn it on. There was a rusty exposed screw a half inch above the concrete level on a filter adjacent to the stairs into the hot tub that was a hazard to walk past. There were dead bugs all around the hot tub. People were smoking at the entrance to the hotel all but one time we entered. One of them was kind enough to come in shouting a name looking for the person working the front desk after we had already waited over five minutes trying to check in. When the worker arrived, he didn’t apologize for our wait, He just asked “last name?” From 4 PM until I left the hotel the following morning at 5:20 AM There was a strong odor of marijuana in the lobby and hallways. The floors were dirty in our room. I’m not sure what was smeared on the bathroom door, but I cleaned it off with wet wipes. I plan to email Wyndham hotels directly.

Overall it was clean, staff was very friendly, enough parking spaces, and the gym had an issue with the lights. They were working and for some reason it went off and the light never came back on.
