The property is exactly as photographed. It is a very spacious apartment, with a large living room and dining room, separate kitchen, separate laundry room, and 3 large bedrooms. Located about 20 minutes walk to downtown. Very secure and tranquil building. Beautiful ocean view, and steady breeze through windows. Includes laundry, dishwasher and 2 bathrooms. Many shops and restaurants nearby.
