Casa da Praia is an independent part of a small rural house and is ideal for families and groups up to four people.

LOCATION
The property is near the village of Ribeira Brava, where there is a beach and many restaurants and cafes.
Ribeira Brava is located in the southwestern part of the island, which has the best weather conditions in Madeira.

REMARKS
Guests have access to the upper floor of the house and the terrace. However, the entrance is shared and the ground floor is not included in the accommodation.
Cleaning is carried out before guests arrive, followed by a weekly maintenance clean, which includes changing bed linen and towels.

Wir konnten die Urlaubstage genießen. In der Unterkunft war alles vorhanden. Entfernung zum nächsten Supermarkt ca. 2 km und zu Fuß gut erreichbar ebenso wie das öffentliche Schwimmbad mit Bademöglichkeit im Meer.

Alles in Ordnung, in den Schlafzimmern aber wenig Tageslicht (aber gute Beleuchtung). Die Verbindungsstrasse zwischen Schnellstraße und alter Küstenstrasse ist nahe und gut zu hören.

Gute Lage
Es ist schwer auf der Südseite in noch warmer Höhenlage richtig ruhige Unterkünfte zu finden. Die Entscheidung für Casa da Praia mit Blick auf das Meer hat sich daher als gut rausgestellt, auch für die Erreichbarkeit von Wanderungen und der kleinen Strände.
Die Betreuung war sehr gut (Balbina you are wonderful), die Casa hat aber kleine Mängel. ZB. funktionieren die Schiebetüren beim Kleiderschrank schlecht. Aber damit ließ sich leben angesichts des Preises.
