The staff was very attentive and went over and beyond for us. They had our luggage waiting for us at the train station sonwe didnt have to haul it around with us while qe agopped and had lunch. The rolm was beautiful and had the most comfortable bed. We were very happy with our stay. Thank you so much.

We like the location just off the central plaza and it was very quiet.

Conveniently located. Front desk staff were excellent. They got us checked in quickly, provided helpful advice about getting bus tickets to Machu Picchu and provided a boxed breakfast for our early morning departure.

Very noisy, no water (or glasses for water) in the room, only one roll of toilet paper (ran out, given we were family of 5), low water pressure in shower. No safe box in the room either. Staff was helpful in that someone helped us bring our luggage to the train upon departure. Basically, a 1/2 step above a hostel yet advertised as a "Boutique Hotel."

The staff was good and the room was clean but Overall the hotel was sold the windows you can hear everything from anybody in the hotel room no quiet whatsoever. They put me in a room right next to the bar and all I heard was a loud noise the whole time until 1am. Had to get up at five in the morning for my hike into Machu Picchu. Would not recommend this hotel looking for some sleep.

It was a very charming and friendly place to stay. Located in the main square it was convenient and close to shops and restaurants.

We booked this hotel as it was one of the few ones available at Aguas Calientes (this should be the only reason why you book this hotel too!). The bathroom smelled extremely bad of fungus and humidity, we were placed on room number 24 which meant going up 5 flights of stairs (we were with our old parents so this wasn’t very comfortable). The hotel is also super noisy, next to a bar that will play music until 2am and in the mornings you will hear people going in and out of the rooms atryong at 5am. Unfortunately, there is not a lot of availability in this town....

The hotel is quite basic and rustic. No drinking water provided in room so necessary to bring your own. The room was infested with mosquitos, so we had to buy sprays and repellents. The location is ideal, right in the square and a quick walk to the bus and train. The breakfast was quite good. I appreciated the little balcony with a view of the pool. I also appreciated the luggage storage so we could leave everything there safely for our day in Machu Picchu.

Good location but very noisy old building, They tried send us to other location at first.

I liked it for its history as the classic guest house for Macchu picchu

Stayed at Gringo Bill's for one night with my dad after we visited Machu Picchu. The location couldn't have been more convenient to the train, buses, central plaza & many restaurants. Breakfast was excellent! Our room seemed a little humid & didn't have much of a view but that's likely because I selected a less expensive room. I would recommend GB's to anyone! :-)

muy buena ubicacion, sugiero los cuarto de la parte alta como me lo dieron a mi. El baño con tina, muy necesaria para descnasar despues de un día agotador de caminatas.
