Achei excelente o hotel, fiz a viagem para pedir minha namorada em casamento e não poderia ter sido mais perfeito. PONTOS POSITIVOS - Quarto limpo e higienizado; - Localização excelente, perto de tudo; - Ar-condicionado muito bom; - Chuveiro quente com pressão excelente; - TV com um tamanho bom e smart; - Café da manhã com diversas opções e muito bom (A TAPIOCA ENTÃO!!); - A equipe sempre muito educada e solícita. PONTO NEGATIVO - A internet é uma rede apenas para todo o prédio e estava péssima, não conseguia assistir nada e as vezes nem dava para mandar mensagem no whatsapp, e pra piorar o sinal do chip oscilava lá.

Café da manhã lotado, mandaram a gente ir pra um segundo restaurante e lá na tinha tudo que tinha no primeiro, ficamos um tempão esperando a reposição. Chuveiro tb não esquentava no banho da noite tivemos que tomar banho no frio, pela manhã esquentou. Ar condicionado não cheguei a ligar pq quando liguei vi que tinha mofo na aletas. Localização muito boa. Cheguei muito cansada pra ir reclamar na recepção sobre os itens, como era só uma diária resolvi tomar o banho frio e dormir sem ar.

O quarto é pequeno e não condiz com a foto apresentada na hora da contratação/escolha dos quartos. A iluminação do quarto é muito ruim, especialmente para quem está viajando a trabalho. As toalhas tinham cheiro de veneno de barata e o cheiro ficava no corpo depois de se secar. Café-da-manhã básico. Funcionários do restaurante muito simpáticos e atenciosos.

Bom custo benefício

Viajamos para descanso. O hotel é grande, tem um bom café da manhã, com uma boa variedade de alimentos. Uma pena que é meio desorganizado. A reposição de alimentos e talheres é meio demorado. A tapioca feita na hora é uma delicia, mas em mais de uma ocasião, a tapioqueira não estava lá porque faltava ingredientes (ex.:coco não descongelou). O nosso quarto estava bem limpo. O wi-fi não era dos melhores. Enfim, um bom custo-benefício, mas não é hotel “5 estrelas”!
