Enjoy a stylish experience in this Cozy home central to the Lakes, Mountains and Downtown Little Rock. Large living in this NEW tiny home featuring 2 bedrooms - one with a plush KING size bed and the other with a cozy queen bed. The bathroom boasts a luxurious soaking tub and custom shower. Fully equipped kitchen with all you need to cook a nice meal. Or fire up the grill grill on the private patio and watch the sun set.

Our home is a thoughtfully laid out 600 sf NEW home with an open concept living/dining and kitchen. It’s equipped with a full-size washer and dryer for those longer stays. Our place accommodates 4 guests inside and out. This home sits on about 1/2 an acre lot with trees and a cozy patio with a flower box with lattice to provide some privacy. We live next door so we will not be far should our guests have any issues during their stay.

You will have the entire home and yard/patio to yourself.

This house was perfect for me and my teenage daughter and her friend who came to town for the Jason Aldean concert. It was cute, clean, beds were comfortable and had everything we needed for the night. It’s also in a nice neighborhood and located close to restaurants, shopping and just a short drive to Simmons Bank arena. I definitely recommend this house!

Perfect property for us. We were there for a soccer tournament. We were able to wash clothes after the game. The property has great Wi-Fi and TV very clean and very nice remodel. Property is quiet and in a safe area accessible to lots of different amenities from restaurants to Bass Pro, shops, and other retail stores.

We needed a place to stay for the night during a long road trip, and this little home was perfect. It’s a beautiful, cozy house located about 20 to 30 minutes from downtown in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The bathroom was gorgeous, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the outdoor area was cute and relaxing. We were traveling with a small child and were pleasantly surprised to find a few board games which was such a thoughtful touch. We would definitely stay here again and next time, for longer!
