The owner really did go out of his way to make us feel at home. We were offered cold towels upon arrival and fresh chilled orange juice which we found very refreshing. The hotel sent someone to wait for us at the airport and we appreciated the late check out option. Our plane was at 9 and we left the hotel after 4pm. So thank you again ! The buffet in the neighbouring hotel "Arena" (just door to door) was super and the owner made sure we get a good discount on the dinner open buffet. The spread was great and the ambience dining right on the seashore was wonderful. The island is lovely and we enjoyed our walks, the souvenir shops and our day trips. We were not very happy about the construction going on around the place but let's stay optimistic as it's a few months and everything will be over. It's not the hotel's fault since the location is great. You can not see any construction going on or hear any noise from the rooms which is good, only a bit of inconvenience at the nearby beach as it gets noisy by midday. Everything comes to a halt before sunset so it's very peaceful again. You can still use the beach right in front of the hotel which is a bit further from the construction yet not as great as the one right in front of it. Also, most of the sunbeds are taken early in the morning which leaves you with no choice but to use the other adjacent beach. The staff were a little bit clueless when we asked about the half day snorkeling trips or trips to the nearby resorts but they immediately referred us to the neighbouring Arena hotel who did a great job. The night walks in the local island were great; the locals are polite and nice; many have been quite helpful. The speedboat to the airport island costs 20US$ a person yet we were charged 150 for a family of 4 upon arrival. I'm not sure why especially that we paid 80 only upon departure. (Perhaps because we arrived at night (8pm), not sure). The rooms were spacious and clean and the view from the upper floor was more spectacular than the lower floor. We couldn't have connected rooms as there is only one room with a view on each floor and we opted for the sea view rooms. Do bear in mind that there is no lift which we didn't really mind. A good experience all in all.

Initially, we were booked to stay at a different hotel on the island however when our booking was cancelled, we booked a last minute room at Seashore Beach Inn. We were so glad our first hotel mistakenly cancelled our booking because Seashore Beach Inn was everything we wanted and more. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a fresh papaya juice. We were a bit early for check in so we left our suitcases at reception and headed out for lunch. By the time we came back, our luggage had been moved into our room. We were on the 3rd floor with sea view, it was beautiful. The balcony was bigger than we expected. It would have been nice to have a drying rack for our wet clothes but we managed without it. The aircon was great, very clean bathroom, bed linen changed every morning, and coffee/bottled water replenished daily. The best thing about this hotel is the location. You can literally walk outside and you’re on the beach. Each member of staff was extremely friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This hotel was perfect for us, we had to stay for one night to get the slow drone next morning, we had our room located at last level there is climb to get there as there is no lift, but we did not care because of the views from the balcony and the quietness being so far away from the bars under us.

This place is not really a hotel, more a rent for room option. It’s strangely squeezed in between Arena hotel.(which seems to be a regular hotel) There is nothing else than a room, though it’s clean and comfortable. The price is far to high. The staff were quite absent and not very helpful. I didn’t feel very welcome, more like a hair in their soup. On the positive side the location is good, close to harbour and beach. But the beach is a big disappointment. It’s dirty, full with plastic bottles, paper, cigarette butts and other garbage. Then there’s another problem. There is a “coral bottom” and that means it’s not safe to stand or walk without protecting shoes. Another problem is the high waves coming right in on a shallow shore. If you like me go to the Maldives to swim, snorkel and enjoy the waterlife you should reconsider going to Maafushi. You actually need to take a boat out to a another reef or a resort island to relax and swim.

I stayed at Seashore Beach Inn for a week last march. Nice looking room with a great view of the ocean and beach. The staff was really nice, always ready to help with whatever was needed, booking trips, advising on this and that etc. Between the hotel and the beach is a nice restaurant that serves good food. If your booking includes breakfast that is also where breakfast is served. The beach is small (it is a bikini beach) but very nice. It is beautiful and not crowded and the only thing that I can complain about is that it was sometimes difficult to find a shadow on the beach since there were only few parasols... so bring your own parasol :) I would definitely stay again at Seashore Beach Inn.

My room was amazing with an incredible seaview. You can't find better for that price! the people are so nice and available. The room are clean and very large, bathroom is modern and clean. Italian shower. You have a TV and safe in the room. I definitely recommend this place. Just make sure you have seaview :)

We booked room 501 which is on the top floor with great views. The hotel only has a two rooms per floor and is surrounded by another hotel. That is not a problem. There is a VERY loud party night on Wednesday that makes it unbearable in the room, though it did not go late. The manager is very nice. There could be an improvement in service by making suggestions about things going on and tours that might be of interest. We did not get any of that. However the manager was really great when some of the other guests were getting a bit loud. (He told them that they could not party all night)

Stayed with friends, single room and room with sea view. Worth the try, strong wifi, nice room, best view of the sea. Nice and accommodating staffs, welcome drink was excellent, breakfast on the beach, variety of food was really good. Thank you for the hospitality.

Was in this hotel for 10 days in October, 2 adults and a child. and it's a wonderful place! Everyone knows that location is very important. Seashore - the location is perfect, on the beach bikini beach in the same building as the hotel arena, which has a Breakfast buffet downstairs. So you get beautiful views and convenience. The rooms are beautiful and stylish, new furniture. Separately want to say good things about the staff: they are very nice and friendly people! thank you for your hospitality. We will definitely return to this hotel and happily recommend it. Book it and enjoy a pleasant stay.

Had a wonderful experience at seashore beach inn. My family of six were greeted by the owner, Mr Wahid as soon as we stepped into the hotel. He was very accommodating. We were given a complimentary room upgrade as the sea view rooms were vacant. The rooms are clean and spacious with a nice view of the beach. He assisted to book most of the activities for us which includes night fishing, snorkelling and private resort tour. He went the extra mile to check on us with the service provider if everything went smoothly to ensure that we had an enjoyable moment. The hotel provides a wide variety of breakfast buffet and dinner buffet cost around 15 usd per pax. The beautiful bikini beach is located right in front of the hotel. We even spotted a harmless baby reef shark along the bikini beach! Definitely will return here on my next maldives trip.
