Our apartment has just been renovated. It is located on the 10th and last floor of a building from the 1950s. It includes a terrace not overlooked over Lyon and a magnificent view of old Lyon, the Presqu'île and the bridges over the Rhône. It is close to Perrache train station and the center of Lyon. It is suitable for 4 people.

Our apartment is on the top floor with two communicating terraces (40m2). What could be better than enjoying the sun and the view of Lyon while having brunch. And this not overlooked but above all in the peace in the middle of Lyon!

From the side of the room, you will have a magnificent view of the Rhône bridges, the Presqu’île and the Fourvière hill.

The flat is on tenth floor (last one) with elevator, located in the center of Lyon close to the all main metro and train stations. Just 5 minutes walking from Perrache metro station (Red line), 10 minutes walking from Jean Mace metro station (Blue line) and less than 15 minutes walking from the main place Bellecour.
The flat is comfortable and nice, well equipped with all the necessary facilities to make your staying in Lyon unforgettable.
You have access on private terrace 40 squared meter with a beautiful view. You will be able to enjoy a nice dinner or an “Apero” in the center of the city.

A big bed (1.60x2.00 m) will give you release after a day spent climbing Fourvière or Croix Rousse. You will be able to continue to contemplate the view from your bed of a sunrise or a sundown on the city.
