Horrible, absolutely awful service. I stayed with Peace Apartments for 2 months. First month I booked online, the second month, I booked with them, and they offered me £100 discount. It wasn’t until the third month I asked the concierge how much rooms normally go for. My mistake for waiting so long. It turns out, Peace Apartments charges double what every other company charges. I lost ~£1500 to these people. After I confronted them about their prices, they more or less told me it was my fault for not shopping around before I extended my stay with them. They’re probably right, and they took full advantage of my ignorance. I’ve definitely learned my lesson. Never again will I stay with Peace Apartments. If anyone finds this useful, I can give you the names of the other organizations in the same building, so you can “shop around” before booking with Peace Apartments.

I’d previously stayed the week before in the apartment complex with a different owner of apartment and couldn’t fault it.. however on entering this apartment it was a totally different experience.. I’d booked a bigger apartment but this one was clearly smaller.. the bed wasn’t made and there wasn’t any pillow cases on which clearly showed dirty n make up all over the bed, bedding and pillows.. I refused to stay and ended up booking elsewhere, to my disgust I was charged a cleaning fee for the apartment I’d refused to stay in!!!

I loved my room it was well cleaned, properly arranged with a nice aroma and accessible, bed was so comfortable., was just what I needed the fact that I was I away from home.It beat my expectations. the customer service is great Thank you

1love my very clean en-suite and clean shared kitchen, lots of LED lighting and natural light. Shared a kitchen once before, vowed l would never do it again but so far so good, it feels like a have a huge kitchen lounge to myself, very very big sofa and TV in that part of the set up. Good range of kitchen goods including iron and board, missing a blender, they have a wonderful fruit and veg stall about 5mins away, blender would be useful, may buy a cheapy myself. This is a very long review but l think it is needed after reading some of the others. The manager who took my booking helped me sort out quite a few things, even what train to get and how to get hear from the station, she was wonderful. Lots of young people stay hear but l have not found it noisy, it's clean and tidy throughout. Huge jar of coffee and bits left in my room when l arrived.

I do not recommended this place at all. Apon arrivial to check in i was asked for a photo ID which is not a problem however the receptionist took a picture of it from a phone, I asked why this was amd he said that it was company process I was alittle taken back due to data protection these days. I asked how long will that be on the phone amd he said it will be there for a week. I then asked even after we leave he said yes ehich i really wasnt happy with. Anyway i checked in i asked about thr parking and was told that i can park up until 8am thenni would have to move it and use the private parking at the back which i thought was outrageous. Before i got my things i went up to check the room which i was gobsmacked the fact that i had to share a kitchen this was not mentioned on the booking site which states what the facilities are.The name APPARTMENT speaks volume meanings home from home what i got was a bed,and a small table and shower room. I went back to reception to explain that i was not happy with the room as this was not the same as i saw on the booking site. He said that i had to dpeak to the management that owns the appartments which i did who told me that i booked a double room which doesn't give me own kitchen i explain to him that this is not stated on booking webdite he was very unhelpful and said if i want my own kitchen i would have to pay extra, as i was coming from far i decided to pay the extra. After given appartment i went up to have a look before taking my things up, Howere was surprise yo find out that that appartment was just as bad as the one before with dirty pots and pans, rust and well tge bed was like just putting a mattress on the floor, As for the shower room rust on the mirror and there was half a bottle of mens Adidas sports mens shower gel in there. I refused to stay there and went back to reception to let them no i will not be spending my christmas here. I work close with the public and this is by far unacceptable and would really not recommended it at all. Do not stay there.

I do not recommend this place at all! Upon checking in, I was asked to pay en charge of £15 for cleaning! This was not mentioned on all the major booking sites. It is mentioned on the Peace Apartments web site, but I did not book through them so I was not aware of this extra charge. Furthermore, they wanted cash payment only. As I did not have any cash on me I had to give my cc details to a manager over the phone. He didn't seem to speak very good English so I had to repeat myself 3 times! On top of this I was not informed that 'parking included' meant to have to park on single yellow line on the street and move the car by 8am!! And nobody informed me of the check out procedure (drop the key card in a box) so I stood there waiting for someone to come to an empty reception. I work in a hotel and this level of misinformation is absolutely unacceptable, no matter how simple the hotel. So if you can avoid it, all the better.

Went for a night because of a very early flight from Luton Airport. The room was dirty, just one towel for two people, not any tea/coffee, nor soap... And the 15£ charge for cleaning it's just a joke. If you are looking for a clean and quiet place you definitively have to look somewhere else...

We stayed in this apartment for a family wedding so basically to spend the night and to get ready in the morning. The rooms are very cosy but as a family of four we managed to get ready without too much hassle. One big problem was there was no mirror in the room. Only one small one in the bathroom but it’s situated very high so only tall people could see their face. We had a very large window with a good view overlooking the city and the room was very light and bright. There were towels provided but the beds were not very comfy. The kitchenette has all the necessary things but we did not use anything. The bathroom was small but modern. We were on the 5th floor and the was access to a lovely terrace area with nice seating and balcony. The apartment is not sound proof at all, you can hear everything from other apartments and also if someone was in the bathroom you can hear everything!! The location is very close to the City centre but parking is a big problem. There is an ncp car park behind the block and is £4 for all day. Overall it did the job for us to spend the night only , as our most of time was spent in the family wedding house. But I would not recommend this to family’s on a trip or holiday.

1) It is staffed by security guards that have nothing to do with it other than give you the key. 2) The 1 towel for 3 people is true. 3) There is no toliet paper provided, or a TV or air-conditioning. 4) No one is there to do anything about it, just a guard who knows nothing about it. 5) To top it off, be ready to see additional charges when it's to late to cancel

Firstly, they need to remove parking from the website (I booked through booking.com and it had a parking symbol). There is no parking, total lie, there's a multi storey car park 2 streets away. Second issue is just how noisy it is. Seems to be full of students it like a youth hostel/ student accommodation. Not good at all for business users needing quiet. Also no TV which these days everywhere provides, even cheap bnbs. So ... it's cheap, only positive.
