The check in process took a bit of doing as they made you go outside the VRBO website. The room was updated, clean and beautiful. Bed was a bit soft for us but that’s just us. The WiFi network never worked. The hot water only worked the first day. Upon arrival, we found the stove with a note which said “not working”. Here is the part that we found unacceptable. At no point in the description of the property did they disclose an issue of parking. On check in day when we reached out to our host upon entering and encountering the no parking issue and it took a while for a response. Even once we got a response and had follow up questions it took too much time. We finally found a parking solution on our own only to finally get a detailed response about parking which we really could have used at the start. When we reached out to our host about no hot water. We NEVER received a response. More than 24 hours before checking out. Tried reaching out VRBO but that wasn’t easy either. We couldn’t shower for the final 2 days of our stay.
