The room smelled fresh and clean for being a room with pets. Air conditioning worked perfectly. Matt at the front desk was very kind and proficient. It was clean & beds comfortable. There was a ceiling fan with a light & 2 table lamps with usb ports & electric outlets. It had coffee maker, microwave, sink & refrigerator. There was great lighting in the bathroom & all throughout the room. They even had an iron, ironing board & hair dryer. Great place to stay! Staff was very helpful when the TV wasn't working.😊

Perfect for a weekend getaway. The room was cool and had all the amenities as promoted. The staff was very friendly and professional. Great rate. It is in the medical district which is helpful if you're there for a family member but there are helicopter med evacs happening occasionally during the night.

The staff were very friendly and the room was clean and was everything I needed for a man by himself for one night. 😁 It was quiet and comfortable and served its purpose well. I would stay here again if I just needed a one night stay in Lubbock. The air conditioner worked, and the bathroom was clean and everything worked in there as well.
