Joy and Dale were wonderful hosts. I had one small maintenance issue that was immediately addressed. The unit is well equipped and has a great view of the garden, the pool and the ocean in the background.

AMAZING! The apartment was exactly as described. It was clean, the balcony large, the location by the airport and Maho Beach was perfect for us, and the nearby grocery store and restaurants was convenient. The view of the airport and beach was stunning. Our communication with the owner was well received-they responded promptly and courteously. I highly recommend this stay.

Perfect Location

Check-in was very easy and desk attendant was very friendly. The unit was exactly as described and pictured and very clean. Loved the balcony looking onto the beautifully manicured lawn and onto Maho Bay. Also, loved the viewing area of the runway near the pool. Unit had everything we needed for our stay and was a great location for restaurants!

Property is near everything! Lovely atmosphere. Hosts were amazing; very communicative and even provided a taxi driver to assist with navigation to other islands. I thoroughly enjoyed my stayed😁

Amazing location and great property!

We had a great time and a wonderful vacation. Joy was very responsive to any requests for assistance and everything was as stated in the listing. We would absolutely recommend staying at Joy’s property and hope to again in the future!!

Maho Beach Vacation

My husband and I visited from Feb 6 - 13. We had a great vacation! Awesome views, quiet pool, and very comfortable studio apartment. We had a couple of electrical issues, but these were taken care of immediately and did not affect our overall stay.

A nice stay in a great location

The location and view are exceptional. The price was also a good value. Joy and Dale seem easy to deal with. If it wasn't for the extremely hard bed, we would probably look to rebook next year.

Great short stay

I did truly enjoyed the stay in that appartement. It is clean, fully equipped, internet is free, and tv as well, which is not the case everywhere on the island. The location is perfect. The communication with the owner was easy and fluid. I would stay here again. I am truly grateful for that stay. Thank you 😊

Great centralized location

Rental was as described and an easy checkin process. I would definitely recommend a car rental if you plan to explore the island. There’s all kinds of stuff to see on the French side and travel times can be 30 min each way. Rental is central to everything, whether staying on the Dutch side or going to the French side or doing a day trip to another island. Our favorite beach was Grand Case and eating at the Lolos. Note you are right next to the airport, so you do here jets throughout the day, but it pretty much ends by 8pm.

Great hosts, super clean and comfortable. Walking distance to everything you need. Market 1 min walk!!! Yes you can watch the planes come and go but you would never know once inside!!!! Super quite!!! Beautiful pool too! Don’t miss out!

Great views.

This condo was exactly as described. We where pleasantly surprised with the restaurant options and grocery store in Maho, all within in walking distance. With 2 beaches near the condo that was big plus for us. Maho across the street and Mullet bay an easy 15 min walk. If we wanted to venture into Phillipsburg the $2 bus was a great alernative to a taxi. We would stay here again if we return to the area.

We have stayed here before but only in 1BR units. Although this is a studio, it was all we needed for 2 days. Joy was easy to contact and sent me a "handbook" before our arrival. Very helpful!

First time Sint Maartens

This property was just exactly like it presented on VROB. Joy was excellent prior to the rental and was very much involved after we got there. Communication was out standing. The staff said she was one of the best!!! Location excellent with a lots of things to do. We totally enjoyed our stay on such a beautiful island! Becky

Great place to stay!

This was exactly what we needed for our trip. The room was just enough for my partner and me. In close proximity to the beach, airport, and several locations to eat. The balcony faced the water and we were able to see planes come and go! The noise is not very loud at all. Joy, the host, was great! Joy was very quick and responsive and provided thorough information on the check-in and check-out process. Overall, we had a great experience!
