Above and beyond

To start the room was beautiful. If I had to say anything bad it would be regarding the view. Other than that, the room is well furnished with an updated sense of style and spotless. I am beyond pleased with the service. I checked out and almost 10 hours later I learned that my flight was cancelled after hours on a Sunday. Needless to say I was worried, initially I was housed at a hotel that had cats and could not compare to the 14. So I reached out to security and they helped me arrange an emergency accommodation. In less than an hour I was back at the 14 in an equally beautiful room. I’m so grateful for all the staff that assisted me. I will be a loyal customer for years to come. I appreciate you all at the 14. God Bless! I’m sure it’s not in your hands but the undeveloped area outside of the property lines are less than ideal.
