This is an older hotel, but we found it clean, comfortable, and in close proximity to train station. Although the mattress was a bit creaky, still managed a good night's sleep. We stayed three nights. There is loud music late at night due to the hotels restaurant/bar hosting parties or other events, but it was time for office Christmas parties everywhere, so it didn't bother us. Staff very pleasant and accommodating to all needs, (printing out info, recommendations, extra milk for tea, late check-out, etc). We had lovely view of the Minster from our window. Food in restaurant was good also. I will definitely stay here again.
