One of the bathroom lights was not working at all, there was a roach crawling in the bathroom wall, the room smelled like cigarette smoke despite it being a non smoking room, the comforter looked stained, and the breakfast was cold. I've stayed at a Quality Inn before, so this was disappointing.

It’s an Inn, no Quality though. Overall not a great shape. Basic breakfast is at least available. Toilets don’t flush well. Room lights are all white. Blue light keeps people awake longer. Room ket quit working before checkout time. Fitness center is sure workable, trash accumulated there (empty Cheetos wraps, pile of empty bottles, used towel on the floor). It’s not for everybody.
