This was a guys trip for 8 men to taste bourbon and fellowship. The space was perfect for us. Everyone has the space that they needed to be comfortable. The home is amazing and has fantastic extras throughout. Very walkable area with tons to do. We would absolutely recommend this space.

Greatness.

Great, massive house in a great neighborhood. Easy to get around. Don’t think we used 1/4 of the house! The pillows. Thank you for good pillows. Had a great time and the house checks all the boxes for a guy’s trip to bourbon country!

Beautiful gathering space for any occasion

This home is amazing! Very spacious and comfortable. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms are well equipped and stocked. The fire pit area was very nice. The owners are friendly, responsive, and accommodating. We will be back and hope to secure this property again.

Absolutely Perfect!

A group of us stayed to celebrate my husband's 40th. The house was even better than advertised. Beautiful property, perfect location and Deirdre was incredibly sweet and so helpful! The property also had everything you could ever need. I can't say enough good things! Thank you so much for an incredible weekend!

Large, Well Located and Everything You Need

The property was great. Very nice home and very large, more than comfortably fit 12 adults for a long weekend. The property has everything you need kitchen supplies, toiletries, etc. Pictures are accurate and representative and everything was as stated in the profile. Hosts are communicative and very accommodating. Location is walking distance from a great part of town and easy short drive to everywhere we went. Overall great experience and would recommend for any large group staying in Louisville

Perfect for us

Wonderful property with tons of character and plenty of room. There were 5 of us sales guys in for a trade show and we all had our space, but still had places to gather and hang out. Fantastic host and look forward to another visit!

Loving Louisville

The property was just as advertised. The house was spacious, comfortable and unique. The back yard provied plenty of are for entertaining and was used nightly. The owners were accessible and prompt on all the things we needed and answered all our questions. Great place to stay.

We came to Kentucky for the Bourbon festivals to celebrate my husband turning 60 with a group of 12-13 people. This house was great for this large group with plenty of room. Would definitely stay there again. Owner was very friendly and easy to communicate with if we needed something

Excellent house and location

When I originally booked this house, we were really just looking for a house that could accommodate 8+ individuals who did not want to share beds. We had no idea that we were also staying in a great area for bars, restaurants, and almost everything we needed within walking distance. The hosts are great, the house had everything you need and more, including window A/C units for rooms that might not be cold enough for the central A/C on the hottest weekend of the year (100 degrees all days we stayed there). Everyone was comfortable indoors with the A/C configuration. If you love books, there are very interesting books throughout the house. A workout room and DVDs were available as well. I definitely recommend this place highly if you have a large group of individuals or couples.

Amazing place for groups or large families

We had a group of 5 couples and wanted to be able to spend time with one another outside of our planned tours. This home allowed all ten of us to hang out in the kitchen or the tv room, or the parlor, outside, etc. Everyone had their own bedroom and only two couples had to share a bathroom. Everything we needed was provided. It is only a two block walk to lots of restaurants and bars, so food was not an issue. The closest grocery is within walking distance, but if you are buying a lot, you will need to have a ride back. We did utilize a grocery delivery service, so that was helpful. Deirdre is an amazing host. She was quick to answer any questions and very accommodating. If we are ever in Louisville with a group, we will hope this property is available.

Perfect House

Our group loved this house inside and out it has everything you wanted or needed. If anything the pictures undersell the house,. We would stay again for sure. We visited distilleries by day and hung out at the house at night
