Convenient location in Louisville, parking was easy. (Not the best neighborhood but house felt secure.) Our kids loved the pool table & we had plenty of space for our group with nice sized bedrooms.Outside space in back was pretty worn. The fireplace area was nice, but 3 of the 4 chairs around the patio were broken. Mural was cool though, & when the propane tank didn't work on the grill, the owner took care of & also cleaned the grill up nice.We found most of what we needed in the kitchen, but would have been nice to have some hand towels, dish cloths or brush, & pizza cutter.

This Louisville gem was a delight from check-in to checkout. The house was spotless, thoughtfully stocked, and clearly cared for. Our host was exceptionally communicative—when the Wi-Fi had a hiccup, they swooped in with a backup faster than you can say “buffering,” which we truly appreciated.Despite some seriously freezing temperatures outside, the host had great tips to keep the space cozy and comfortable, and the house itself felt like a warm, welcoming retreat. The creaky floorboards added a bit of old-house character (we chose to think of them as the home saying hello), and while the neighborhood felt a little edgy after dark, it was quiet and never impacted our stay.All in all, a comfortable, well-appointed home with a host who goes above and beyond. We’d happily stay here again—five stars without hesitation.

Great communication on questions about the area, John was great at telling us about things that were interesting in the Old Louisville area. The home is centrally located for the Distilleries that we wanted to visit, and very easy to uber around.

Wonderful stay

I had a wonderful stay, I enjoyed my stay. Just follow the rules and everything will be fine. I had family and friends who liked the house. I will be booking this stay again!

Historic home in Louisville

In town for the North American International Livestock Show. Convenient to expo center. Clean, well kept. Warm. Nice area for my dogs. Fees were a little higher than advertised per day
