So me and my wife went out for dinner at night and got the kids pizza for dinner. They are 16 14 and 9 so the oldest can take care of them all. We get home and my 14 year old tells me that one of the staff members tried to get in our room while she was in it. She tells me that when she open the door to see who it was the staff member was already running back down the hall and when he saw her open the door he stopped and looked at her and turned and started walking back to the front office. When I went up and asked about it they said they didn't go to my room at all that night. So I don't know but I don't think my kids would lie about it. So just a warning for everyone

air condition didn't work could not get fix 100 degree out side. Needed more towels in room. smelled, shower curtain was mildew on bottom. wasn't pleasant at all. never go back!!. Be very hard to stay at a Baymont again.

The first room they put me in 109 had mold around shower head water from shower was spraying on wall. They moved me to room 116 it was just as bad the shower liner had mold and mildew, the bed sheets had blood or dark stains on it, the room was so humid everything felt wet. I told staff and manager told me they had no mold. I do have pictures!! I felt horrible when I was there my sinus went crazy. I ended up going to Dr after I let the property to go to another hotel and had a sinus infection.

We arrived at the hotel by 11:30, driving for 9 hours. Main door was locked. Sign on the door said to use our room key to enter. Through the door we saw there was no attendant at the counter. Then we found another one to ring the bell. We rang bell for about 5 minutes and began thinking to look for another hotel when attendant finally appeared. His excuse: he was fixing TV for another client. So, logically: there is only one person at night to look after hotel... Coffee was crap in the morning. After that interesting check-in we could not look at this hotel the same way again.

The staff was incredible in accommodating me while I was there. They went out of their help way to give us help and be there when we had a few small problems parts like locking my keys in my car the personnel or incredible

Perfect for the price. The hotel staff was nice and quick and the room was clean. Will stat again if needed.

The room and hallways smelt like smoke. The breakfast had no meat. It was mostly bread options. I'd rather play a few more dollars and have much better quality somewhere else.

The reason we choose this specific hotel was the indoor pool. It was too cold to get In with weather outside being wet and freezing.Since pool was so cold I wanted to get hot bath to take chill off and there wasn't a stopper. Beds ere like rock but staff were great. The girl up front was awesome and changed my room with a tub that works. I would not come back when I have other local choices at a cheaper price.

Staff great but room dusty & pillows smell that never wash it

When the reservation was done, it was for a room with a separate room for visitors, Instead we got a room with a hot tub. The rug was so dirty that we had to wear socks then wash them out. The bed was in a corner of the room right next to the wall heater which was so noisy you couldn't hear the TV over it. We borrowed blankets from friends so that we could turn it off at night, but even in the off position it still came on intermittently all night. Asked for another room with the separate room as we had thought we were getting and were told that all the rooms were the same as the one we were in. The manager was hostile and argumentative. When we asked to cancel two of the days he refused to give us our money back, Easy to see why, there were only two or three cars parked around the entire property. This place should be closed down by the local health authorities. And the management deserves for the place to go broke and new owners give it another chance.

Swimming pool filthy and green with algi hotel smelled of smoke, vending machines all out of order. Breakfast was disappointing. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We have stayed with this chain before and thought our first experience was just that hotel being poor. Wrong, we will not stay with them again. Front desk staff not helpful.

There was a hole in the shower curtain, reported the first day and was never replaced.

There is no elevator so you have to carry your stuff upstairs

Ok except the maid took the used towels and wash cloths out but only replaced the bath towel not the hand towel and the two wash cloths. This necessitated my bordering one from my nephew who was across the hall from me. Other than that all ok.
