It was good enough for the price. No coffee maker, no tissues, the TV didn’t work, 3 pillows per bed and 2 towels for 2 queen beds room, the bathroom was dirty, housekeeping knocked once then barged in. No hot tub, the breakfast was barely existent.

In the 4 different employees i encountered over my 3 night stay. Theresa was by far top notch. Kind, helpful, and pleasant. The management at this location. Awful. And the night i checked in. The man( employee) was very un-welcoming and seemed bothered he had to check us in and just a rude arrogant demeanor. If it wasn't for Theresa this place would get a 1 star and thats because in order to rate id have to choose at least 1.

Not the best but quiet

You definitely get what you pay for. Got into the room and the room was dirty, like stuff all over the door handle to the bathroom, shower was dirty, floor had hair and random stuff. We stayed for 4 nights and had 2 towels- we hung them up to reuse and they came in on day 3 and took them and didnt replace them so we had to use pool towels because they didnt have anyone to wash them. The bed were not comfortable and the pillows were terrible. Only good thing was it was quiet and our room stayed at like 61 degrees which was nice in the humidity. The fridge and microwave worked.

Not like photos!

The room was not like the photos. There was barely any walking room between and around beds. The sheets and towels were stained. The floor wasn’t vacuumed. The pool was closed down for unexpected amount of time. When I was in lobby getting new towels, others were complaining about cleanliness too

The experience did not match the photos online. It is a refurbished hotel and our room feels/smells accordingly. Entering the hotel, I noticed the pool was now closed. One employee told me they were waiting on a part for it to be fixed; the next day, another employee said they were waiting on chemicals. It did open eventually the next day. The room’s air conditioner made the room smell extremely musty. The “breakfast” was essentially muffins/toast, a waffle maker, apples, a few yogurts in the fridge, extremely watered down juices and watered down coffee. The gal working was extremely friendly, but spread thin. It wasn’t the experience I was paying for considering we were staying several nights.

We went for breakfast and the lobby was VERY HOT!! To HOT to sit and eat. Average Continental breakfast. Only hot food though was the self service waffles. Coffee and juices tasted terrible. I took a chocolate chip and a blueberry muffin to the room. Noisy people in hallway all night and outside and at pool.

Our room is dirty...there's crumbles of stuff under the bed and sidetable...bed sheets has stains on it and it seems like they just flip the bed sheets to make it clean.

Nice lady June 14th check in

The lady that checked us in June 14th was the best I’ve ever interacted with, she was very nice and helped us a huge amount. She gives 100/100 service which was nice to see since we aren’t from Kentucky and drove so far.

I bring cleaning supplies always.

Easily reserved a room online, very fast at front desk to get key cards, room looked clean until I showered and I had to clean the tub/shower first and the floor and baseboard was filthy. Noisy family across the hall letting kids scream and laugh up and down hall starting at 6:30am. But I’ll be back and I always pack cleaning supplies.

6.4 is too high a rating. 2 story hotel no elevator. 1st room smelled hooribke had to get a different room. Little to nothing available for included breakfast. Very sketchy tenant and hanger outers.
