Let's call this the "hotel of 1,000 smells..." and none of them good. Odd odors throughout - the reception area, hallways, guest rooms. The guy on duty when we checked in was sullen and impatient. Actually gave me the "come on, come on" hand motion when I was trying to recall license plate number. It was raining hard, and instead of telling us we could unpack our car under roof and get to our room that way, he directed us to another door where we had to move things in the rain. The room was just OK - it was clean enough and the bed was all right. But when's the last time a guest room didn't have a coffee maker?? I can't remember. Next morning, breakfast was pitiful - and not too clean looking. We grabbed a packaged yogurt and left. Last time we stay at a Baymont, I'm afraid.
Nice but very sparse on the breakfast!! Better go to Cracker Barrel!

Last minute decision to stop in Nashville on the way to Green Bay. Polite and helpful front desk clerk. Room was clean. Seemed as if the hotel was empty. Hardly any cars in the parking lot.

This property was horrible! The staff were absolute nightmares, the indoor pool was so nasty and closed down, the outdoor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time as well. We also found baby roaches in our room and our room wasn’t ready at check in time so we had to wait. The hotel itself was nasty as well. We will never be staying here again!
overall the room was clean but no maid service; probably due to Covid restrictions. Front Desk was not available when the signage said they would be, therefore we were unable to leave early AM because our room key locked us out and even 911 had no alternate phone number to give us. Staff came in at 8:45AM. No decent dining places nearby.
So me and my wife went out for dinner at night and got the kids pizza for dinner. They are 16 14 and 9 so the oldest can take care of them all. We get home and my 14 year old tells me that one of the staff members tried to get in our room while she was in it. She tells me that when she open the door to see who it was the staff member was already running back down the hall and when he saw her open the door he stopped and looked at her and turned and started walking back to the front office. When I went up and asked about it they said they didn't go to my room at all that night. So I don't know but I don't think my kids would lie about it. So just a warning for everyone

air condition didn't work could not get fix 100 degree out side. Needed more towels in room. smelled, shower curtain was mildew on bottom. wasn't pleasant at all. never go back!!. Be very hard to stay at a Baymont again.
The first room they put me in 109 had mold around shower head water from shower was spraying on wall. They moved me to room 116 it was just as bad the shower liner had mold and mildew, the bed sheets had blood or dark stains on it, the room was so humid everything felt wet. I told staff and manager told me they had no mold. I do have pictures!! I felt horrible when I was there my sinus went crazy. I ended up going to Dr after I let the property to go to another hotel and had a sinus infection.
We arrived at the hotel by 11:30, driving for 9 hours. Main door was locked. Sign on the door said to use our room key to enter. Through the door we saw there was no attendant at the counter. Then we found another one to ring the bell. We rang bell for about 5 minutes and began thinking to look for another hotel when attendant finally appeared. His excuse: he was fixing TV for another client. So, logically: there is only one person at night to look after hotel... Coffee was crap in the morning. After that interesting check-in we could not look at this hotel the same way again.
The staff was incredible in accommodating me while I was there. They went out of their help way to give us help and be there when we had a few small problems parts like locking my keys in my car the personnel or incredible
Perfect for the price. The hotel staff was nice and quick and the room was clean. Will stat again if needed.
