3 bedroom ranch style home in historic Prospect

Our ranch style home is located 9 miles from Churchill Downs and the beginning of the Urban Bourbon trail in downtown Louisville. A short drive from our home, going away from town, offers rolling fields of breath taking horse farms. We are located in a well established neighborhood with large lots, where the deer roam freely. You will find we are on a private cul de sac and the house offers a fireplace, a whirlpool bath tub, and a bricked in, beautifully landscaped court yard for privacy and grilling outdoors. In the nearby historic town of Prospect you will find great restaurants, Starbucks, groceries, dry cleaners and drug stores.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can expect to find free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and a sofa bed.
