We were very pleased with everything, the moment we walked in, to the breakfast, to the amazing restaurants we ate at, to downtown Loudon and the shopping! Friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast. When we went to our room there was a smell of someone cooking asian food - the staff was trying to eradicate it.
