Facilities were wonderful including the view. Clean facilities. Staff was good. Food was good. What could be improved: There was a small coffee container in the lobby! Most days there was a line and the container was empty! A facility of this caliber should have lots of coffee from 6 until 8 every day! We were on the all-inclusive plan but had to sign for everything!! Got to be a better way! We were at the pool early every day until about 4. There were people who left their towels/chairs for well over 4-5 hours. One day after reserving our spots and spending a few hours we went into town for 2 hours and came back to no chairs/towels/our stuff!!! We were told that the security came and picked everything up!!! The previous days that was never done. After our complaint, the towel police made a haul. I think to appease us. Consistency goes a long way!

Wonderful food, attentive staff, great drinks. Rooms were very clean, as well as pools and common areas. The only issue was lots of media time on our trip by the resort, a pool or restaurant would be blocked off with no warning for a few hours in the AM. Otherwise, amazing, I would stay again! Beware of expensive security deposit in comparison to other hotels, extra charge for cleaning & internet as well.

Check in was easy and we were received well. Room was spacious. Super quiet during the evening. Construction noise and beeping cement trucks during breakfast. Welding and hammering all day. Pool was too hot, too crowded, and very little seating. Only one hot tub. Ocean waves were sketch and several people got rolled. Had to be cautious with our kids. Dining options were minimal. Cool wrist band as a room key. All inclusive options and beach seating was fantastic. Limited seating on beach. Service was good and staff were friendly. Sushi was great. Ceviche was amazing too. Cleaning staff were amazing

The staff are honestly excellent and so kind. The hotel is very clean from the rooms to the pool areas and bars. The bartenders make good drinks and the beach/pool service is really nice. I loved the breakfast buffet every morning at Bella California and thought Armando always made the best omelettes. Jonathan, the events manager runs terrific shows and and is such a gentleman. We enjoyed our stay so much and would definitely return.

Excellent room, room 2726 has a great view! I’d definitely stay here again. The gym was good, treadmill and many good sets of DB’s. The restaurant options were great as well. We did the all inclusive option and it worked out great.

Food was very good. Staff was very friendly, but there is no heat in the rooms and we were here when the temperatures were on the cool side. Also, the beach is very steep for our seniors. It was difficult to walk on. The pools were also not heated nightly entertainment was good and they had a variety .Although most of it was lip syncing.

We absolutely loved villa del palmar. We reserved two 2 bedroom suites and requested to get them close to each other and ocean view if possible and they were able to do that for us. Food was 10/10, everything was so delicious and the nightly shows were fantastic. My family and I loved this resort and can't wait to come back. The only downside was that we traveled with 3 kids and the jaccuzi says no kids under 16 years old are allowed in jaccuzzi which was inconvenient because there were some days that were cold and they needed to warm up.

Our stay was just what we needed. Our room was beautiful. View was amazing!!!! The resort is extremely relaxing. Quiet, calm, and peaceful. The food was delicious, great choice of restaurants, and we enjoyed the nightly shows!!!
