One problemn-Construction going on by the pool. Very loud and annoying. Everyday, all day long!!!

We really enjoyed the smaller hotel atmosphere. It was clean and comfortable. Food was good. However ala carte restaurants took too long to get your food, two hours most nights. Main buffet had good options but most of the food was luke warm at best. We did have an issue with management and how they handled an issue involving staff that were ultimately terminated. A handful of people, including my daughter, all adults, and some entertainment staff went into Cabo one night clubbing. An underage girl (17) ended up going along. Because her father did not tell the mother, she didn't know and ended up calling security who then contacted management. The next day those staff were terminated. After speaking to hotel management at length, they assured us that only the staff member who drove would be terminated and they would be in touch with me via phone and email. I do not believe the other staff should have been fired. One, the girl lied about being 18. Two, if not for my daughter (who had just met her before going) and the staff member she was with, keeping an eye on her, I'm afraid to think what might have happened to this girl because she was extremely intoxicated and kept leaving the group. I understand consequences but I believe this could have been handled completely different. I even called management from the US for a final disposition, and my call was not answered by management nor did I receive a call back. I am extremely disappointed in this.

Employees NOT knowledgable of resort, check in staff have no common sense, not enough waiters at pools took forever for food and drinks , hot tub broken and small for resort, maid are not trained at all!! Had to call in every day for items like coffee/water/beer/ towels and even ask her once to sweep the condo🙈, 99% of resorts shuts down at 10pm!, no music in adult pool bar we had to bring our own blue tooth speaker . I would fire the head manager and give other makers 30 days to train entire staff!! The resort show lack of leadership and training Over all a 3 star hotel, food better then most all inclusive,

I booked the all-inclusive option for two and loved the hotel. From the time we checked in and throughout our whole stay we were provided with great service. The staff was kind, friendly, and constantly attentive. The facilities are great - brand new and modern rooms with balconies, rain shower in the bathroom, premium bedding. I was impressed with the a la carte restaurants. Most of them, including the O Buffet, except Ayami, are ocean front or with an ocean view. We dined at Risotto - Italian (open for dinner only) and had lunch at The Grill twice (open for lunch and dinner). The food at both was amazing - can be compared to any fine restaurant. Compliments to the Chefs, very impressive! The Grill, being right on the beach with ocean views and the menu they offered, was simply the best. Our favorite! The whole resort is very clean and all grounds well maintained. It offered more than enough for a perfect relaxing vacation. Will definitely be going back!

Flies flying all around the food (salad bar and deserts) that left uncovered on the counters in the dining area. Hotel room furniture (couch, chairs) made of cloth is really dirty with stains. Hotel has a new section that's under construction, and the construction workers work from 8:15am until 8:30pm hammering and sawing all through the morning and evening.

Very clean, great friendly & helpful staff, wonderful views, etc. What could be better? Well, Bldg #4 has excessive road noise from the highway adjacent to it. I'd definitely go back to the Krystal Grand, but would book a room in another bldg...

We just returned from our family vacation. Great hotel, great rooms with lots of amenities. We really liked the fact that there were a lot of staff all around. We've seen more variety of foods at other all inclusive resorts but really liked the quality, cleanness and attention to details as far as food. Would definitely recommend this resort!!!

wonderful hotel!

I booked the all-inclusive option for two and loved the hotel. From the time we checked in and throughout our whole stay we were provided with great service. The staff was kind, friendly, and constantly attentive. The facilities are great - brand new and modern rooms with balconies, rain shower in the bathroom, premium bedding. I was impressed with the a la carte restaurants. Most of them, including the O Buffet, except Ayami, are ocean front or with an ocean view. We dined at Risotto - Italian (open for dinner only) and had lunch at The Grill twice (open for lunch and dinner). The food at both was amazing - can be compared to any fine restaurant. Compliments to the Chefs, very impressive! The Grill, being right on the beach with ocean views and the menu they offered, was simply the best. Our favorite! The whole resort is very clean and all grounds well maintained. It offered more than enough for a perfect relaxing vacation. Will definitely be going back!

great, new hotel

We just returned from our family vacation. Great hotel, great rooms with lots of amenities. We really liked the fact that there were a lot of staff all around. We've seen more variety of foods at other all inclusive resorts but really liked the quality, cleanness and attention to details as far as food. Would definitely recommend this resort!!!
