Good location right on the beach. A short Uber to San Jose del Cabo, but about 45 minutes and $20.00 each way to Cabo San Lucas. The all inclusive option is worth considering. They have 5 restaurants on site. We only ate at the sushi/teppanyaki one but the food was very good. You will get more interesting fare at the dozens of local restaurants but it will end up costing quite a bit more.

No service on arrival and the pool was extremely dirty. No poolside service and had to search for towels. With all inclusive there should be more options than just, for example, 1 light beer. Breakfast took 2 hours. The ocean view was great, the room was nice and most the staff were friendly. But due to the above we had to find other accommodations.

We had a great time. The staff was super friendly and helpful specially Jose from surfos bar and Gonzalo, cristal, Nadia and socorro from the restaurant The Grill and may others hard to name them all ! The hotel, restaurants, bars and pools were super clean. Definitely will go back !

Excellent staff but the room that I was in (Residence Tower) had pretty dated furniture! Otherwise nice pools and great beach access. Not a lot of onsite dining potions at the moment due to Covid19

There was really nothing I liked about this property. I had to change rooms due to the first one was falling apart. The ONE restaurant that was open was horrible. Food and staff! Only one pool open and there was never any place to sit. The water was way too rough to even attempt to go in. The pictures on the site really paint a fake story of how it really looks! I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

This resort is beautiful. 15min from the airport ($5 US dollars) and 20min from San Jose del Cabo downtown ($1 US dollar). Resort has seven dining options, but offer limited option. Not much seafood or tropical fruits. My favorite one was Japanese, delicious food, atmosphere is fantastic, and stuff are super friendly. The view from our room was incredible since we booked an ocean view. This resort is on a beach that you can’t swim in due to the high tides. However it’s amazing to watch and listen to. Everyday there were different activities for the people. Also, they did a garden and beach dinning which was really nice. Other than the food, I'd highly recommend the Reflect Krystal Grand. We love the location since it's so close to San Jose del Cabo (by bus $1 US dollar).

Loved the beach. Didn’t like the street noise from Our room. Wish there was fresh fruit in the cocktails instead of syrup. There were several missing and chipped tiles in the pool.

Not much to like. I’ve never had to wait to check into my room in my many visits to Cabo. We were placed that felt like we were no longer on the resort and during the booking process we were not made aware of this at all. The alcohol and food made available to guest was less than good. We got sick from the food almost immediately into the trip and are still not 100% after being back home for the day. Glad we had previously planned to go off the resort for certain events and had good food/drinks at that time.

The resort is nice. The staffs are wonderful. The only thing I did not like is the food. The food needs improvement on taste; it is just off. The only decent/good food out of all the places to get food is the teppan yaki/hibachi grill (Carlos Ramos was the one performing and cooking the food), the Italian place, specifically their several of their appetizer and at least the thin crust pizza, and the omelette place inside the Buffet O (Rosalina makes great omelette). The rest needs some great improvement. Some of the food at the Buffet O was obviously the left of over from the night before. They also need to make sure that flies are not touching the fruits or anything out. Several breads I tried on multiple times and days were stale. However, the resort has some great staff, Christian Gomez at the front desk, several staffs at the Buffet O (Carlos, Socorro, Antonio, and Rosalina). The resort has great potential to be an awesome resort/destination only if they improve the quality of food they serve their guests.

Staff is excellent. The entertainment team in particular are great.

Constant sales and pushy, if you don’t do what activities they suggest you get a lower quality experience

We stayed in the beach front swim out altitude and the view was amazing! The staff is wonderful, enjoyed every bit of it!

Everything was great, the people, the food was great... all the restaurants

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked a day trip to Cabo and missed our pick up and the hostess called the company for us and got us a later pick up and we had an amazing time. We had a small issue with the sink in our room, I let the front desk know and by the time we finished at the pool they had fixed it. We took our 3 year old and she loved the pools, playground and pottery Painting. Overall great experience
