El desayuno continental no tiene opciones de pan ni jugos y el café instantáneo no es para el tipo de hotel

I was surprised that there was no bottled water in the room. I have stayed in Mexican hotels rented for 1/4 the price that had bottled water available. Also, the room was EXTREMELY tiny

The staff was great! Very close walking distance to Downtown Cabo and the Marina.

The hotel is right off the marina. It's a nice little hotel with rooms not to big but very clean. The hotel has a pool however the filter is not left on for clean filtered water. They offer breakfast in the morning. Overall you can't complian for the price.

The location couldn't be beat. The rooms, patio pool area, and breakfast area were clean as if it was just opened. I found the breakfast selection nice but the food was often times reheated from the day before. We visited during their slow vacation season but I would have rathered cereal, toast, fruit, danishes over day-old potato slices. I felt unwelcome at times. The owner is not very social. He does not monitor how he speaks to others on his staff. It took 3 days before he said hello to my husband. It made me feel awkward since we were in his establishment. Greetings were sporadic by the owner. The maintenance staff and front desk staff were delightful, friendly, helpful, informative...long lost friends. As soon as you struck up a conversation with one of them, the owner called for them to redirect their attention towards him. He was nice once you rubbed the rough edges off of him. The owner has added a twin bed to rooms that are better suited for just one double bed (2 persons not 3). The picture of the large room with one double bed and one twin was not what we received. We received a double room with a twin squeezed in and felt very crowded. Knowing all this, I would still stay with them. It was economical, offered easy parking that was free, and most importantly extremely clean. I would just request a larger room. It would be worth it.

The pros: clean and new with a free breakfast. The cons: tiny rooms with no fridge, they limit the ice at the office, very limited parking, there is a parking garage but the owners block the driveway so you can't use it, if you have a guest that comes to visit, a copy of their passport is required as well as approval from the owners who leave in the afternoon plus an extra charge.

we are a boutique hotel as posted. a boutique hotel is defined as small, more than 10 but less that 100 rooms and unique in every way. Our super super rate does not include bottled water because Pedregal has the best tap water from our own desalination plant and purification system that bottled water is not as good as our water. This guest does not read what was booked. We are not a resort but a great little place inside World Famous Pedregal......we expect an apology.....just read all the great reviews not this silly one.
