Very nice and clean hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
While the room was clean enough and had the things one would need I wasn't really able to sleep enough. The room reeked of that perfume smell they use to make it smell clean, it was reasonably clean though. Hotel construction starts quite early in the morning. There is a lot of road noise from the highway, including loud trucks. The breakfast room only has three tables and staff occupies them a lot. I would think they would have a staff break room. They were out of almost everything one day at 8 am and the lady at the desk got attitude when informed of it; I waited but nothing was refilled Tried to relax at the pool but there were roofers working that overlooked that area, not very spa-like and the drive through Baskin Robbins noise also interfered. I went there to relax and unwind but ended up cranky from not being able to get enough sleep. Won't be back.
The location of the hotel was good. It was easy to get in and out of town. There was places to eat near the hotel.
Fairly good distance of Freeway 5. Ample room and amenities. Staff were attentive but had limited contact. Check-in was quick and convenient.

The article was not like it was posted online. The pool and hot tub facilities closed at 11 and we're not open 24 hours just like the article Said. But after reading the article posted by our vets they were more than happy to let us into the spa and pool. So kudos to staff thank you you made it a pleasure
