On nearly 1/3 of an acre, perched up high and set back off the street, this estate offers 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms with approximately 4,100 sqft. of living space. Seamless indoor/outdoor living supports entertaining on both a grand and intimate scale. The Viking/Bosch kitchen thoughtfully accommodates a guest suite, dedicated dining area, and a voluminous living room with a fireplace and an 17ft exposed wood-beamed ceiling. Above the main level, the primary, adjacent to two guest suites perfect for a family or short term guests, overlooks a substantial pool area and grassy grounds. Below it, are two additional guest suites and a kitchen, which makes for a hybrid pool house/creative suite. Amenities include: Oak floors, parking for 8, a swing set, an outdoor dining area, and Wonderland Elementary.
