Este es un alquiler de nivel inferior de 4 dormitorios y 4 baños completamente actualizado en una de las casas frente al mar más grandes en Malibu Road directamente frente a la famosa "Big Rock". Esta propiedad fue remodelada en 2017 y tiene acabados de alta gama en todas partes. Great trip amazing views

We had an amazing time at the Malibu beach house. The owner was great at communicating with us even let us check out later on Sunday. The views are incredible. We spent a lot of quality time on the balcony soaking all that beauty in and creating amazing memories. Highly recommend the place will definitely come back to beautiful Malibu.

Beautiful Location Right on the Beach

Down a couple stairs & your on the beach, beautiful deck gives you the relaxing sounds of the ocean. The space is great, the beds are some of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. The pictures don’t quite give you the impression of how big the space really is. This is a great getaway spot we will absolutely return!!

Beautiful beach home

Second time we stayed in this home my family enjoyed every minute of our stay. Highly recommend this place the home has one of the most beautiful views we can hear the ocean throughout the day. It’s in a safe and clean neighborhood. Grocery stores nearby, shopping centers and restaurants. Hoping to be back next year.

Perfect place, excellent time!

We had a blast celebrating my husband's birthday here over the weekend. The location was perfect and the property was wonderful. We were a little surprised that permanent residents also live in the house, but it turned out not to be a big deal. Everybody loved it, and we made memories to last a lifetime. Thank you!

Great house, perfect location

Our family of six spent 5 nights at this house in July. Awesome place and one of the great spots in Malibu with awesome neighbors and a lovely, sandy beach, which can be rare in Malibu. We are from Santa Barbara and this is on another level. Hope to come back soon. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home and location

The location is amazing (right on the sand/ocean front) and the home is beautiful and has obviously been renovated with fabulous touches/amenities throughout. They thought about every need to make the stay enjoyable. Thank you for a wonderful time. We only stayed for 3 nights/4 days, but we plan on coming back and renting the home for a much longer period of time.

Beautiful location. Quiet semi private beach. Good for kids. Comfortable beds and nicely stocked kitchen. Grocery store nearby - once here got settled in and barely left for a few days. View is spectacular. Responsive owner to questions or needs. Highly recommend.

Amazing beachfront!

Loved the location! Beach was amazing, even in the winter. Property management was awesome! We forgot a few items and they shipped them to us ASAP! Very quick to respond. Will look at a future date, hopefully in the summer next time.

Beautiful Home; Perfect Location

We are a family of 5. We stayed 6 days. Home is very well equipped. Property manager was very responsive with the few questions we had. Private beach is uncrowded, mostly just local home owners walking dogs. Yet only a few minutes from great shopping and dining in central Malibu!

Beautiful beach

We were surprised this rental is only the bottom floor of a three story home. The bedrooms are comfortable but we found the living area small for a four bedroom home. Other than that everything was great. It is a wonderful spot and the management was extremely helpful.

Beautiful home and location

The house was perfect for us and our two small children (6 and 2). The boys loved having the beach toys and it was amazing to be right on the sand (when we arrived, our 6yo wondered how we would sleep at night with the sound of the waves, ha!). The hot tub was perfect for warming up after splashing in the waves. The kitchen was awesome, and it was so convenient to have a washer and dryer available. Thank you!

The weather was real bad and rainy but the place made up for it. So convenient to some of the worlds

The place made up for it. Roomy a romantic. And the house keeper Cata is fantastic and helped me make dinner for friends. Close to anything I needed. Groceries. Best stores and great restaurants. Can't go wrong w this beautiful haven. I'll be coming back Denise

Condo on the Beach

Gorgeous condo providing four bedrooms with each a connected bathroom. Porch offered views of the ocean, and a short flight of stairs lands you on the beach - great for taking a dip in the ocean or taking a walk along the beach. Amenities were plentiful and helpful. Location was close to shopping and restaurants. Overall, a great place to stay. The only drawback is the 10 am checkout as many places make it 11am. Another hour to enjoy the ocean would have been nice.

Summer Holiday Break

Brief 2-3 day stay in this beautiful apartment. Check in process was weak as door lock was being worked on, as was the cleaning of the apartment. We arrived around 3:30-4:00pm so not great. Rest of stay was excellent. Some of the toiletries provided in the bathrooms were defective. That can be improved. Otherwise oustanding.

WATCH OUT! FALSE ADVERTISING!!!

THIS PLACE IS FALSE ADVERTISING!!! It is the lower level of a large house. You will have people living above you and you will hear then all day and Night!! And their noisy dogs scratch around!!! Good lord!!! You think you are getting a 3 story house on the beach. Nope!! You think its secluded!! Nope!!! You think its 2800 sq ft!! NOPE!!! Dont fall for the trick. We are reporting this to VRBO!!!

Family weekend in Malibu

The property was perfect for a family of 8pp. The house had everything you need. We baked a cake & bbq. Watched Netflix movies and had morning walks on the beach. From the kitchen window we were able to see the sunset while we sipped a glass of wine. Perfect family stay.

The pictures don't do it justice..it's a stunning home, well decorated, cozy, spacious, great beds and bathrooms - the owners are incredibly nice and easy to communicate with. Overall it was an absolutely incredible experience!

Beautiful house in an incredible location

The house is in an incredible location - you can sit on the front porch and watch the waves roll in or take the stairs down to the beach and enjoy walking etc. I think the manager could have been more responsive and it was annoying that the electronic lock on the front door didn't work all weekend so whenever we left the house it was unlocked but at the same time it's not a high crime area and there are security cameras so I wasn't really nervous about getting robbed. And of course we could lock the doors when we were inside. We were there on a weekend so hard to get a contractor there to fix it, I'm sure they fixed it Monday. The kitchen was fine - we cooked a meal, not great pots and pans but usable. Bathrooms really pretty. Beds comfortable. Quiet at night - couldn't hear any cars or anything except waves (love that sound). Could hear the family upstairs at times but didn't bother me. Would def stay there again!
