I was over price the room was to small, dirty and everything in the room very old very disappointed.

I booked and payed for a kingsized suite, i got a junior suite w/queen bed no plug for jacuzzi cig. Holes and burn stains everwhere. Very disapointed and im a wyndam member.

Room smell of smoke and property needs to be cleaned and painted . Feels like a third world experience

It seems like every time we stay here, there are never any face cloths in room or available.

I had stayed at this hotel in 2012 and it was in much better condition then. So many problems with the room this time. For one, there are no lamps, only harsh overhead lighting. Which was terrible, since I needed to work and had to keep the lights off in the evening/night. There was a broken light panel over the sink, gross stains on the bedding and floor near the bathroom, hairs on the floor in the bathroom. Liquid stains on the bathroom door. An unclean microwave. Even the remote was missing the panel that hides the batteries. The mirror was "distorted" and there were hanging fixtures on the wall with nothing hanging on them. Breakfast was simple. Coffee was awful --- there were still grinds in the coffee. This was perhaps the worst hotel experience of my life.

Horrible motel , dirty , worst customer service , piece junk motel, in room had only one broken bed that set

is ok for a cuople days , just the linen them need change i think is too old , but is fine for rush stay .

I didn't like the room they gave me this time. The bathroom didn't have a separation door between the shower and the toilet, so there was water everywhere. I had to leave the vent on because of the smell of the bathroom.

Stuff was very helpful and nice. Makes a difference when you are so tired and people understand your needs.

This hotel was not as close to Magic Mt. as advertised. Also upon check-in of the first room the light fixture covering was hanging in the sink, the man at front desk said he couldn't fix it but I wouldn't be charged. So i turned on a light and it started flickering and so I called the front desk and asked for a new room which they gave me. But the fact they didn't offer it when I first told them about the light fixture was not professional in my opinion. The second room was ok, but sadly this would not be my first choice to stay at again.

Needed a hotel for a 1 night stay. Looked on Orbitz and found this hotel. Great price for a nice stay.

It met our expectations We needed a place close to the 118

It's not bad for short stay If you get late. there is parking problem and you have to park the car to the next shopping center lot and its Litle walk from your room Room was ok Pool wasn't ready for swem because needed cleaning.

Front desk was very unprofessional and rude highly disorganized establishment

We like inexpensive & it was very nice for the price.

Up all night due to people outside the hotel room smoking and someone revving engine in neighboring parking lot

hotel rooms were undergoing renovation at the time- the new rooms are incredible! cant wait until all rooms are finished. very friendly, accommodating staff. cant beat the value, ideal location... love it!
