The staff were very nice and helpful. My room was quiet, except for stomping from someone on the floor above me, two mornings in a row. My last morning I wanted to take a shower before heading for the airport and there was no hot water. I ran the water for a good 5 minutes, then I gave up.

The staff was very friendly upon arrival but the valet staff are extremely nice!

It was fine, it took them a long time to have us checked in, the gym was small and very busy.

Enjoyed our stay there. Carpet should be cleaned thoroughly, very sticky and filthy. Please leave 1 extra roll of toilet paper. Thank you.

The hotel stay was great except for the fact that I had to wait about an hour to get my key because the door lock was not working properly

check in was bumpy to say the least. Not so friendly receptionist gave us the key to a room already occupied by other guests relaxing while we walked in at around 1030 pm. The receptionists reaction upon our immediate return was neither professional nor apologetic. The room we were given had a noisy AC which was quite annoying. The staff in the morning however seemed much more friendly.

Perfect and magical! Fabulous location for everything I needed and there's a wonderfully fun restaurant in the hotel!

This hotel is located in a nice part of LA near restaurants, not too far from the Grove and a few minutes away from Runyon Canyon. It was my first time in California when I stayed and I was very happy with it. Its not some fancy 5 star hotel but it is definitely not dirty in any way. The rooms are clean the staff is very nice and there is a very nice place to eat right downstairs. For the price you are getting a very good deal. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay there again.

stayed here due to location, was very pleased with the overall experience. fitness center was small but adequate, pool is wonderful! only complaint is the parking- valet only, for $29/day, which was not clearly indicated anywhere on the website. walking distance to lots of great restuarants and shopping.

This hotel was very relaxing and located near all kinds of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. My wife and I had a nice New Year eve get away.

Keep in mind, the Orlando is located near Beverly Hills. In that context, I thought the value of the hotel to be exceptional. The staff was particularly helpful and attentive. The rooms are standard fare, although the bed was unusually soft enough for me to look for the mattress label (Serta). I would stay here again.

The staff was so friendly. It was like arriving at a friend's house. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom could have been bigger but the amenities provided were great. I will definitely be back!

Hotel is clean. Nice staff. Very good location for shopping and dining.

This hotel has decor to obviously make an attempt in masking it's cheap quality. The A/C did not work well, it was stuffy the whole night. Our TV stopped working at about 11:45pm. Contacted front desk who said their engineer comes in at 7:00am and will be right up to our room to fix it. Never came! The paint was peeling from the furniture and there was a huge hair pin on the desk when we walked in. Which was an indication to me the housekeeper did not clean that desk. I have very short hair so it was not my hair pin. Will never stay here again!!!!! I suggest you look elsewhere.

Hotel did not have our reservation from [...] which made us kind of nervous about the whole thing. They had to make several calls to [...] to confirm that we had actually paid for this reservation. Luckily I had my copy of the paperwork in hand. Without that it would have been extremely difficult. Food not that good for the money. Parking is alot.Room was clean. Bathroom is older.Overall OK for the money. Probably would not go back.

+Excellent Location for going out in West Hollywood & Touring Beverly Hills+Large Room but small, humid bathroom. Bathroom could've been nicer.+Staff was excellent+Got room on sale through [...]

We were there for an appointment at Cedar's Sinai the next day. The location was great, very close to the Hospital. Also within walking distance from the Beverly Center (Shops, Restaurants and movie theatre). The Hotel felt like they were trying to turn an average "Best Western" into a trendy "Boutique" Hotel. - Didn't quite work though. Small TV, dated bathrooms. Food/Beverage choices were very limited and disappointing. Overall it was O.K. considering price and location but nothing to remember....

Hotel room was average with a desk area and couch. The bathrooms are in dire need of a facelift. There are plenty of shops and restaurants on 3rd Street, also within walking distance to The Grove and Whole Foods.

The Orlando is a good effort of refurbishing an old hotel into a contemporary new feeling hotel. It has a great first impression (the Lobby)with a common TV room. The hotel bathrooms are not great redo's. The air in the hallways smells stale when we have stayed both times. Beds are comfortable and neighborhood is loaded with boutique stores and farmers market is close by.

We apologize that your stay was not more enjoyable due to not having hot water early in the morning. We truly appreciate your feedback as it certainly assists us in continuing to focus on providing excellent customer service.
