Todo muy bien solo mejorar el Check in

En general nos fue muy bien, pero tienen que tener más kioscos por si se junta gente para el checkin más, ya que fue muy tardado fuera de eso, no hay ninguna objeción con el Hotel, muy innovador y bastante aceptable

Absolutely loved this hotel and can’t wait to stay again!! Very clean beautiful room and very quiet area. Loved the pin pad lock on the room much easier than a card key.

Cute new hotel

I only stayed for one night. This place is very clean. They have a virtual check in which is pretty cool. I will definitely return if I need to stay in the area again.

Everything was fantastic about staying at the Leef! What a cute little bungalow room! Very clean and with a very secure heavy door, it felt very safe. There are not a lot of frills, but it was perfect for a comfortable night sleep. The only glitch was the check-in with the automated kiosk. The concierge on the video screen her computer was glitching so she kept having to restart her computer. So it took a long time to check in. Otherwise for the price and the cleanliness, this was a great stay!

I was surprised to arrive to a property with no front desk. The check in is done in a kiosk with a remote agent. I was a little insecure with that at first, but that feeling was quickly gone, thanks to the great interactions with the agents. Very fast answer through the kiosk. The agent I interacted with the most was Shania, as I ended up extending my stay twice. She made the whole process quick and seamless. She was always incredibly polite, thoughtful and attentive. Every member of the cleaning team was polite and helpful, ready to accommodate requests. The rooms are small, but cozy and have a great layout. If you don’t need a kitchen, and are just looking for comfortable, clean, well designed room and bathroom, this place is a great choice. The area is very quiet and I had no issues with safety. It was great to be in a small and contained space instead of staying in a hotel with hundreds of rooms. Convenient parking and easy access. I live in Los Angeles and booked the hotel as I was moving to a new house. I had my mother visiting town and it was a lovely, comfortable and convenient stay for us.

virtual check in upon arrival, the room was clean with cute interior but a little small. the fridge was placed right next to the bed so it was difficult to open the door. the bathroom mirrored the same, clean yet a little tight. we had to place the toilet paper stand in a different spot to have easier access. the tv placed in the room had regular cable, so we went out to purchase a streaming stick to watch our shows on netflix. the parking was additional per night, yet it was convenient as it was parallel towards our room. although the AC was noisy, the overall environment was quiet. we enjoyed our stay and look forward to another visit in the future

Terrible check in experience. There is no staff on the premises, only a kiosk that connects you via video meeting to someone in a call center. I waited for over 25 minutes “on hold” at the kiosk, with no indication of how many people were ahead of me, whether there was anyone on duty, or how long the expected wait was. Then the check in process itself was clunky. The video meeting disconnected at one point, and it was difficult to talk with the person on the other end of the line. The room was fine, small but clean and recently renovated. They leave incredibly bright floodlights on at night and there are no blackout blinds, so the room was super bright when we were trying to sleep. There were two other things that seemed scammy to me. First, the reviews on Expedia are excellent, but the reviews on Google (which I only saw after booking) are terrible. Second, we booked last minute and the room was listed at a discount. We thought we were getting a good deal. After having stayed there, it seems like the discount was a trick, because this is clearly a cheap motel, and the full price they advertise would be extremely high for what the hotel is. Overall, would recommend avoiding this property.

This was a cute little hotel. I was very surprised that there was no physical person on site for checking in. There is no ice machine. No microwave. These are things we expected and didn’t find. The check in felt like I was talking to someone zoom and it took forever. The TV had like 3 working channels. That was disappointing. However the room was clean and satisfactory. The bathroom floor didn’t look clean. But everything else was very nice. Small, simple, and very nice. I would probably stay here again because the AC was great, the bed was comfy, and parking right by our room was super convenient. We also had quick access to food places right down the street. For our purposes it worked great.

The place is spotless, stocked with plenty of towels and toiletries. Nicely decorated and compact. The only item that needs improvement is the heater/cooler, it’s way too loud. Upon completion of check-in I was promised a copy of my bill via email and I did not receive it. If I had received it would had given you all 5 STARS.

Virtual Motel Process, Parking Fee, No Microwave

Virtual Check-In took a few minutes. Asked if I want to park in the lot for $10 or just use the street. Felt the parking fee was not clear when booking, and it's a small motel. Motor Hotel and then pay to park? Only the maid staff is on site, and it's virtual security. They use part of your phone number for the door lock, so if one party knows your phone number, they have your key. They do not have an ice machine, and the Motel 6 next door sells for .25. We were ready at 11:05 a.m. for checkout, and the maids knocked promptly at 11 a.m. They do not have a microwave, and the refrigerator door gets stuck with the bed. The TV is free over-the-air TV with old programming, local channels, and commercials. The room is small. The Property is well lit at night, as it has a virtual office. Makes one wonder if security is needed, how long it would take for the virtual system to assist?
