The hotel is very old and they just opened it again , there is no reception person and the reception guy come for couple of hours only to let the people check in if they come before 4pm and I am not sure how they can check in if they arrive after 4pm, the elevator is very old and smell very bad and I can’t breathe inside it, inside my room the AC was working but I need heater and the installed heater is very very old and it’s not working so I told them and they gave me a small heater. One of the days they closed the water (hot and cold ) for long time afternoon and we can’t take a shower or use the bathroom and wash our hands.The only good thing about this hotel it’s location in Hollywood and it very close to Hollywood blvd and the Chinese theatre.

It was an old old property. No AC, uneven floor, no reception etcc.. Essentially it was and old apartment building used to rent out rooms. Would have I known, I wouldn't have booked it.

I think the rooms should have deadbolts. Rooms fit all our group. Great for the price and centrally located to the metro.

This is not at all what we were expecting. The floors were so dirty that even walking across the room to the shower the water would be black. There was BLACK MOLD in the bathroom. The building was not safe, I would say close to a rundown apartment building. Parking stated it would be offstreet/included but the ramp we were told to park in was $16 a day so parking from 8pm to the next morning counted as two days so $32 a night. We would not selected the place knowing how dirty and bad the building/parking would have been. This is not the canterbury suites, it's sublet apartment building. Wish i could get a refund.
