I have stayed there multiple times. The rooms are large and accommodating for a family as well as safe when traveling alone. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The hotel is clean, bright and welcoming. They do need more towel racks/hooks in the bathroom- especially when traveling with a family.

We were assigned a room, 2 Queen suite/studio. Sheets were stained and unclean. Couch cushions were torn. Generally looked worn down. Hallway was dirty, litter everywhere. Room smelt funky too. Requested a room change, got it and some of the same issues - smelt funky and the couch cushion was torn. Furthermore, mattresses on the beds were way past their life and both the mattresses and pillows were lumpy.

Staff were great to deal with. Pool area was clean and tidy. No one using them (mid November). Rooms were clean and very large. Family of 5 had no problems sleeping with the pull out couch. Couch mattress was not very comfortable but better than other places we have been. Walking distance to pharmacy and grocery. Felt safe in the neighborhood. Underground parking has over 8 feet of headspace. Good for larger vehicles. About a $20 uber to universal studios with a UberXL. Much cheaper for a smaller car. About $100 uber from the airport. If you are going to Disneyland area pre plan your ride. Peak evening hours can cost $250-$300 for an Uber 1 way. I would easily stay here again and would recommend to others. Not sure if other amenities in the area. That’s not what we came for.
