We arrived at 1am and Adam was cheerfully waiting to check us in. We received a quiet location and top floor, just as requested. The room was spotlessly clean and included a small kitchen area. We had a great night's sleep and were up early for the breakfast buffet that is included with the room rate. The buffet had a very nice selection of items, and it seemed that nothing had been left out in terms of variety. The entire staff at this hotel is so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Their positive attitudes were like nothing I had experienced before...a welcome change! They genuinely seem to care about your stay and do everything in their power to make it an enjoyable and memorable one. Well done!

There isn’t much to choose from in the way of decent hotels in the area. This Residence Inn is a great option. We came for a family trip to Magic Mountain. The location was nice, less than 10 min to the park and we found plenty of food options close by. The staff really is super friendly. The employees in the breakfast room, especially so. The rooms were clean, queen beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, the pull out couch bed was very uncomfortable. This just seems to be the norm for hotels in general, which is unfortunate for us since we are a family of 5 that often needs to use the pull out. The lobby seems updated, but the rooms could use some updating, specifically the bathrooms. We found it to be a little tight in the bed area but a decent room overall. The breakfast was great for a complimentary breakfast and more than we expected. Housekeeping left extra towels without ever having to ask. Overall, good stay, would stay here again if in the area.

We stayed at this hotel for our anniversary. Everything was perfect and we really enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The breakfast was great and the accommodations were very cozy and comfortable. We would stay there again once we come to California. The location was close enough to LA and getting to and from the hotel from LA was great. We look forward to going back.

True to the Residence Inn format, rooms include a well-equipped kitchen stocked with cups, dishes, and utensils. There are even large refrigerators which are helpful for long duration stays. This is great if you want somewhere to come home to eat at night rather than going out. Most of the rooms feature a sizable working area. This is especially true in the ‘Studios’ which I recommend if you are travelling alone or as a couple since they have a more open feel and are usually cheaper. A majority of the time, the rooms are clean and in working order. The Wi-Fi throughout the facility is above-adequate and Marriott Gold/Platinum members receive the “enhanced” speed for free. It’s fast enough to accomplish most work tasks, however you might want to download those 4K Netflix episodes before you leave home. This is a fairly central location being a 10-minute drive to most area businesses and attractions. The building easy to find yet not too close to the I-5 and associated traffic noise. Additionally, there is usually plenty of parking and there even ‘oversized’ spots in the back for those travelling with trailers or in campers. The breakfast buffet here is fantastic, officially the best free [hotel breakfast] I’ve experienced anywhere around the world! They have plenty of food choices which are always well-stocked and the staff here truly takes ownership in providing a good service. You even have the option to dine on real plates, silverware, and mugs—a small, but nice touch. Having stayed at this property around 50 times over the past 6 years, I’d say that this is an excellent Residence Inn. Across that swath of time and within their brand, I’d rate this location 9/10 stars.

My husband and I moved here for his work and had to stay here for a few months. We went for walks everyday and there were lots of people staying here for long stays, we made friends, so did our dog as i could not believe they had a dog park. The people were always friendly, helpful and only cleaned your room when you wanted them to. With a Kitchen it was great to make our own healthy meals and they have a pool and are close to so many amenities.

Friendly staff. Clean suites. Comfortable bed Good location Great for local eating - walking distance Lots of extra events happening at the hotel Good basic continental breakfast each day Complimentary water and breakfast bars.

Stayed here for two nights while visiting six flags magic mountain. Very clean place, comfortable bed and a great morning buffet. The staff at breakfast were very friendly and courteous. They had a pool and outdoor jacuzzi. I would definitely stay here again.

I travel a lot for pleasure & work. I've stayed at several hundred hotels around the world....the one night I stayed at this hotel was the worst nightmare hotel experience I've ever had. It was late and my daughter & I were exhausted from driving all day. Front desk gave me my room key and we headed up to Room 311. My key wouldn't work. A Housecleaner helped me get the door open and inside was a man with his maintenance cart. Went down to the front desk and told them what happened. She called and the maintenance guy said he was done and we could go in. My daughter and I ate the rest of our dinner and headed to our separate bedrooms. I took off one shoe and noticed a cockroach run past my foot. I freaked out...took a few steps back and saw another one coming towards me from under the bed and a third from behind the nightstand. I started screaming hysterically. Roaches are my biggest fear. Ran into my daughters room saw a fourth roach coming from her bathroom. I called the front desk screaming for help and the night clerk said he would be right up. I was standing on a kitchen chair waiting...and waiting...and waited more. Almost two hours pass and I'm still stuck on the chair with a full blown panic attack. My daughter and I couldn't wait any longer and ran for the door and went to the front desk. The guy said sorry for not going up but he didn't have anyone to cover the desk long enough to check on the situation. He said we can switch rooms....had no other choice by that time but to stay there. We were offered no help in moving our things to the new room. He didn't seem to care that he made us wait half the night and not bother to show up. It was almost 4:30am by the time we got settled into the new room. We had two hours of sleep before heading back on the road for another 500miles of driving. So hard to keep awake with only 2hrs of sleep and driving 100's of miles on desolate I-5. I guess this is how the hotel treats its Marriott Gold Elite members! Great service....horrible!!!!

Stayed here for one night with my family and it was great. Check in was a breeze, room was spotless, kitchen was very useful, beds were comfy and the pool was enjoyed by the kids. The pool was large, but the deepest portion was 4 1/2 feet, so I didn't have to constantly worry about them, so that was nice. Lots of places to lounge also. There's a basketball court, also. The TV has Hulu, Netflix and Pandora, so if you have an account with any of those, you can just sign in and access entertainment. An enjoyable stay. The only thing that was a negative was the smell of the cleaner/deodorizer by housekeeping. It was strong and there was no way to air it out because the windows don't open.

We stayed in a 1 bedroom Queen bed suite with a sofa bed. My husband, 40, our daughter, 10 and myself, 40 stayed here for 6 nights. The breakfasts were varied and good. The rooms were clean, bathrooms impeccable and roomy. The three of us stayed comfortably for our vacation in Los Angeles area. The bed was a little hard for my husband, but I enjoyed it. Thank you!
