My husband and I moved here for his work and had to stay here for a few months. We went for walks everyday and there were lots of people staying here for long stays, we made friends, so did our dog as i could not believe they had a dog park. The people were always friendly, helpful and only cleaned your room when you wanted them to. With a Kitchen it was great to make our own healthy meals and they have a pool and are close to so many amenities.

Friendly staff. Clean suites. Comfortable bed Good location Great for local eating - walking distance Lots of extra events happening at the hotel Good basic continental breakfast each day Complimentary water and breakfast bars.

Stayed here for two nights while visiting six flags magic mountain. Very clean place, comfortable bed and a great morning buffet. The staff at breakfast were very friendly and courteous. They had a pool and outdoor jacuzzi. I would definitely stay here again.

I travel a lot for pleasure & work. I've stayed at several hundred hotels around the world....the one night I stayed at this hotel was the worst nightmare hotel experience I've ever had. It was late and my daughter & I were exhausted from driving all day. Front desk gave me my room key and we headed up to Room 311. My key wouldn't work. A Housecleaner helped me get the door open and inside was a man with his maintenance cart. Went down to the front desk and told them what happened. She called and the maintenance guy said he was done and we could go in. My daughter and I ate the rest of our dinner and headed to our separate bedrooms. I took off one shoe and noticed a cockroach run past my foot. I freaked out...took a few steps back and saw another one coming towards me from under the bed and a third from behind the nightstand. I started screaming hysterically. Roaches are my biggest fear. Ran into my daughters room saw a fourth roach coming from her bathroom. I called the front desk screaming for help and the night clerk said he would be right up. I was standing on a kitchen chair waiting...and waiting...and waited more. Almost two hours pass and I'm still stuck on the chair with a full blown panic attack. My daughter and I couldn't wait any longer and ran for the door and went to the front desk. The guy said sorry for not going up but he didn't have anyone to cover the desk long enough to check on the situation. He said we can switch rooms....had no other choice by that time but to stay there. We were offered no help in moving our things to the new room. He didn't seem to care that he made us wait half the night and not bother to show up. It was almost 4:30am by the time we got settled into the new room. We had two hours of sleep before heading back on the road for another 500miles of driving. So hard to keep awake with only 2hrs of sleep and driving 100's of miles on desolate I-5. I guess this is how the hotel treats its Marriott Gold Elite members! Great service....horrible!!!!

Stayed here for one night with my family and it was great. Check in was a breeze, room was spotless, kitchen was very useful, beds were comfy and the pool was enjoyed by the kids. The pool was large, but the deepest portion was 4 1/2 feet, so I didn't have to constantly worry about them, so that was nice. Lots of places to lounge also. There's a basketball court, also. The TV has Hulu, Netflix and Pandora, so if you have an account with any of those, you can just sign in and access entertainment. An enjoyable stay. The only thing that was a negative was the smell of the cleaner/deodorizer by housekeeping. It was strong and there was no way to air it out because the windows don't open.

We stayed in a 1 bedroom Queen bed suite with a sofa bed. My husband, 40, our daughter, 10 and myself, 40 stayed here for 6 nights. The breakfasts were varied and good. The rooms were clean, bathrooms impeccable and roomy. The three of us stayed comfortably for our vacation in Los Angeles area. The bed was a little hard for my husband, but I enjoyed it. Thank you!

I started a trip advisor today because of this Residence Inn. I wanted to say what a professional and courteous staff they have. Food is great and they rotate things daily with the staples. It's not the same food every day. It's tasty and it's always abundant. They keep up with everything. The staff bends over backwards. The woman Sarah at the front desk is a professional and accommodating. Everyone is so helpful, from housecleaning(excellent job by all), food service(excellent by all involved) and all staff. Outstanding and helpful. I worked for a service company(communications) for 15 1/2 years with at&t, and I know what it takes to make people happy with a product and service. This staff hits all the marks and exceeds! I can't recommend this place enough. Well done! and thank you!

My home away from home. Residence Inn, Santa Clarita, CA. Each of the staff members here at this location are friendly, professional, and very helpful. My experience here every week is always pleasant. I also wanted to thank Justin, Sarah, Adam, John, and Waldo for making every bit of my stay, comfortable and enjoyable each week. Thanks again Residence Inn, Santa Clarita :) 10 out of 10, come experience it too!

My wife and I stayed three nights in a 2 bedroom/2 bath room with my in-laws when we were in town earlier this month. The room and beds were very comfortable but the staff is what sets this hotel apart from others that we've stayed in. Everyone was very friendly, especially the staff serving breakfast each morning. They warmly welcomed us each morning and worked hard to keep everything on the buffet stocked. Great job!

This was our second time staying at this Residence Inn and it has become our go to pet friendly hotel while traveling I5. The rooms are comfy, breakfast is delish, and the staff is very friendly. We stayed in the side close to the freeway, and although a little road noise, it did not disturb our sleep. Enjoy the managers happy hour if you are lucky to be there on one if those nights!
