Okay, but .... Lighting poor. No stopper in sink. Pillows VERY uncomfortable. No in-room coffee service, and lobby coffee is hit and miss. Towels are pretty skippy and toilet paper is the worst. A general "freshing" is needed in near future. On positive side, staff was accommadating, and facility seemed safe. Price is competitive.

Way too much road noise and the fridge and microwave were in a inconvenient place by the bed and door.

Room was spacious, nice and clean, loved the wood floor.

Checked in very late and the desk clerk got up and was very nice. Only complaint was very scratchy toilet paper

TV didn't work right, bed uncomfortable and Iron did not work.

In a pinch, I would stay again. The staff was wonderful.

This hotel was a disappointment for the following: Walls and floors were dirty, very small room, spackle on the walls not painted and the lobby staff was nowhere to be seen. Coffee was supposed to be ready at 7am, both mornings we had to ring the bell after 715 to get them to start the coffee.

----Room rate is fair enough for the price I paid and fortunately I got the hardwood floor, on the ground floor, that I requested during my online reservation. ---I don't usually ask room cleaning everyday, so my toiletries don't get refilled. when I called the front desk and ask if housekeeping can bring me refills for my room toiletries, the front desk staff asked me to check on the housekeeping person, along the corridor who is cleaning other rooms and ask it myself; otherwise, I have to go to the front desk and get the toiletries at the front desk. ----Another thing, the front desk staff, when I checked in, failed to inform me that there's limited parking; so when I came back to hotel on at night, I was suprised to know, from the night duty front desk staff (who was so arrogant), that I have to park on the street.

Room was nicely furnished and clean. Bathroom, for a hotel, was pretty large. AC worked well and was pretty quiet. Contained a microwave and a pretty large refrigerator (larger than a college cube frig with a good sized freezer). Beds were pretty firm which could be good or bad depending on personal preference. Only downside was that it was on a busy street and the windows weren't terribly noise deadening. So morning traffic could be heard fairly clearly. Otherwise, a pretty good for an overnight stay.

The room felt comfortable and nicely appointed enough, and building is well-built construction--i.e., I did not hear any inside-the-building noises though the walls (neighbors' voices, loud plumbing) but did hear the noises from the outside through the door and window (neighbors' voices, traffic, and railroad trains--the motel is on aptly named Railroad Avenue, and is not that far from the tracks). The air conditioner unit will drown some of it out, though, if you don't find any of it charming. I didn't try the free coffee in the lobby in the morning, but if it matters to you or you're like me and are an early riser, be aware there is no complimentary coffee in the room. Yes, there are restaurants in the area, but none of them are within walking distance. I ended up having to drive a couple of miles for some coffee. Also, if it matters to you, be aware there is no free breakfast available either, so plan on driving somewhere as well for something to eat. Or else, buy something ahead of time and make use of the nice fridge and microwave.

I have stayed here twice and this truly is a hidden gem. The rooms are remodeled and clean. Beds and bedding were comfortable. My only gripe is that the first Time I booked through Orbitz and forgot to include that It was a stay for more than one person. I did not think it was necessary since they ask for bed type option and that's where I asked for two beds. Well when I arrived to the hotel and mentioned the room was for 4 people, the employee who checked me in charged me for an extra person. First time I had 4 people and they did not charge me the extra amount! Besides the discrepancy I will continue to stay here because I enjoyed my stay and for the price you can't beat it.

It doesn't look like much from the outside but I was glad when I walked in the door. The rooms are huge, clean and a super comfortable bed. I will stay there again when in the Magic Mountain area :)

The reviews are a set up. But it is a nice enough hotel for one night. The bed had ants and the staff was rude. Other than that it was a decent establishment.

We have season passes to six flags and hurricane harbor so we like to spend the night when going to both parks. This one is about ten minutes or less from the park. The room wasnt ready when we got there but the staff was nice. The room was very clean and surprisingly nice. Its not the hilton, but its clean comfortable and i felt safe.

Good value for the price. Good value for the price. Good value for the price.

I stayed here twice, and both were great! The price is very fair with the quality of the room. I can recommend this place to my friends, and I'd like to stay there if I visit town again.

Not recommended for light sleepers with car traffic & a few trains, but otherwise great value, provides the basics, wifi that streamed videos to phone well, and room in very good condition. If you go, ask for a high numbered room away from the street. Some quirks: Switch closest to door seemed non functional, no outlets right next to bed as next outlet was on wall left of bed, shower towels were half the expected size for average height people, bed sheet seemed to have one few inch burn mark on side, and the outside noise comes from the door jamb/outline of the door. Fridge, heat+AC, bathroom, iron, and that kinda stuff worked well though

Very nice, especially for the price! The guys working the front office are very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and perfect for our trip.

The 2-queen room I got has plenty of space, room decoration is beyond its price. Only downside of the room I got is the road noise as it was just next to the Railroad Ave.

Room was small and bedding had a sticky feel to the top. This was the upgraded room with refrigerator and better décor. floor very dirt. Outside landscaping was nice. Front desk was okay, but first impression was that he was too busy o service us. I would stay if alone just because of its price, but with family again. Better hotels in area.
