The room was immaculate! The bed was extremely comfortable! The staff was fantastic!! Especially the ladies at the front desk. They were nice, friendly and super helpful! We also loved their little coffee/tea station that was available 24/7. I would definitely recommend!

My wife and I stay at this property a minimum of 4/yr. We do so, in spite of the numerous other options, because the staff is absolutely amazing!! We have no intention of staying anywhere else when we go down to SoCal to visit our granddaughters

Disappointed

The issue i had was with the room i booked for family of 5. Received call from hotel the day of check in and told they could not give us that room as there some issue with the room so they could not allow us the room. Instead for same price i had no option but to have 2 separate rooms and split up my group. If i wanted 2 rooms i would have booked that instead. I had no choice but to accept that as i prepaid and was driving from out of state. For that inconvenience, i should have been comped one of the rooms since they divided my family for a family vacation. But again i prepaid with hotels.com so i was stuck. Doubt i will use hotels.com again and pre pay.

The hotel was clean and nice on the inside and outside. I like the EV chargers (slow charge) availability. The breakfast was average but a nice perk. Room was clean. It was quiet and convenient. Walmart, food, etc all within 3 miles. It was a $50 deposit. Only thing I didn’t like was the charge for parking was not mentioned until after I checked out. It comes out of your deposit. $10 a day. Just wish that was mentioned upfront.
