MY NAME PUT ON MY RESERVATION DID NOT MATCH MY DRIVER LICENSE THEREFORE I COULD NOT USE THE RESERVATION. I HAD TO RE-REGISTER ON SITE, ALSO MY ROOM WAS LISTED AS A KING SINGLE AND I WAS TRAVELING WITH A HANDICAPPED SENIOR CITIZEN. THE HOTEL DELETED MY RESERVATION-HOWEVER THE STAFF WERE HELPFUL. Staff was amazing! Everyone I interacted with was so nice. When I first arrived there was a gentleman being rude for no reason and the manager handled him so amazingly and the other staff members stepped in to help other guests while that was being handled to make sure everyone was being taken care of and not needing to be around this gentleman. So impressed by that.
