We had a great overall stay and really appreciated the host’s flexibility—especially being accommodating with us hosting a baby shower during the day, which made the trip extra special!There were definitely some memorable touches—the toilet, oddly enough, was a standout and a big hit for our group. A couple of things to note for future guests: the AC wasn’t working when we arrived, and it would have been helpful to know that ahead of time. Also, a small tweak like angling the shower head away from the glass opening would help keep water from getting all over the bathroom floor.Otherwise, we enjoyed our time and appreciated the host’s responsiveness and loved the property! Easy parking and walkable to do many restaurants in the area.

We had the absolute best weekend staying at this adorable Mar Vista home. The space is even cuter in person — beautifully kept, cozy, and perfectly laid out for a relaxing stay. The two bedrooms were comfortable and inviting, and the entire house felt warm and thoughtfully designed with an epic Sonos sound system throughout the house. The highlight for us was the incredible outdoor space. It’s rare to find such a generous backyard in Los Angeles — we BBQ’d, lounged, and ended every night around the outdoor fire pit. It truly made the trip feel special and gave us that perfect indoor-outdoor California experience.Our host was fantastic — incredibly responsive, accommodating, and genuinely thoughtful with every request. You can tell they care about their guests having a great stay.I would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Los Angeles, whether you’re passing through or planning a longer stay. We would absolutely come back!

We will definitely give this place five stars! First of all the host Lawrence has Ben been such an amazing communicator very welcoming and extremely accommodating. We are staying in this vrbo for almost a month, as I recover from a surgery in California. It has been such a peaceful place to be. The yard is so private and if you can’t make it out a lot into the city, it’s its own little sanctuary. It’s also the perfect location you’re only 10 minutes from the beach 10 minutes into Venice with great restaurants. It’s a really sweet neighborhood. We are very happy . Feels like our little home away from home , we will 100% be back & happily stay here on our next trip to LA

Great experience! The host was very quick to respond to any question before or during our stay. The property was every bit as good as the pictures- the outdoor space was big, private and had great amenities: gas grill, lots of seating, blankets, fire table, picnic table with built in power source for charging. All bedding and towels were snow white, the towels were thick and plentiful, and our bed and pillows were really comfortable. Walking distance to grocery stores, farmers market, good places to eat. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing amd quiet retreat. The home has everything you need. And sits on a great corner lot with hedges to give you privacy. The Sonos Soinds system was amazing (so download the app before you stay), and it has zones for outside, inside, etc. great different preferences. The outside seating was abundant and it was awesome to sit on the wrap around deck every morning to soak in the sun while sipping our coffee.There’s and outside tub and inside shower, a very California vibe!!! The projector was great to watch a family movie on and chill on the nice big futon couches. There’s a high tech toilet complete with European cleaning system ;) don’t worry, not your thing, you can turn it off. The beds were super comfy and each room had a separate heater/fan just in case you don’t want to turn in the central air, or need a little extra. We used ours as a white noise machine. The neighborhood is very safe and people are Friendly, lots of dog walkers all around. And beach is straight down the street, less than 7 mins away. Parking right at the beach (pay), super easy, then you can walk down to the Venice boardwalk from there, less than a mile from parking. Great food all over down there too. Try Washington Square for amazing pizza and service. Lastly, Rad is a super amazing host; need something or something not working, just let him know, he’ll take care of you. Can’t wait to come back!!!
