You'll enter your luxurious separate guest cottage through French Doors to a first floor inviting living space with a pillow-top California King bed, a separate sitting room with sleeper sofa, private full bathroom and a 43" UHD Roku TV.
You'll have a microwave as well as a mini-fridge stocked with water and a beverage station with a Keurig coffee maker with complimentary coffee, tea and cream.

Your Elegant and Chic Beach Cottage, located in the most prestigious part of Santa Monica is waiting for you.
Enjoy ocean breezes and a quick 7 block stroll to the majestic Pacific Ocean view bluffs where you can walk along viewing the ocean and in 2 miles reach the famous Santa Monica Pier. Lively Montana Avenue is also just a short walk away with dozens of shops and restaurants for you to enjoy. Behind the guest house is the well-known Santa Monica Stairs which leads down to a short 1 block walk to the beach.

Natalie was a great communicator and a wonderful host! She welcomed us on arrival and ensured we knew everything about parking, getting inside and where to find basically everything you could possibly need during a stay. The guest house is lovely, comfortable and well equipped - even a raincoat and umbrella. The location is great for exploring Santa Monica, up the coast, the Getty, UCLA.... We came to visit my dad who lives in LA but decided to stay in Santa Monica to be near the beach. Natalie (the owner) is wonderful and the location can’t be beat. We travelled with our adult son and although it’s a pretty small place, it was a perfect little get away location that had enough room for all of us. We will be back!

The host was absolutely amazing!! The host always checked in to see if we needed anything. The location is amazing, walking distance to the steps into Santa Monica Canyon, a beautiful neighborhood, the beach, the ocean cliff park and to Montana stores and restaurants. The bed was amazingly comfortable and I slept better there than at home. There is no street noise from San Vicente in case you are worried, it was soundproofed. We would definitely go back again.
