Panoramic ocean views from every room. Located on the sand. This beautiful, restful beach is known as Carbon Beach or Billionaires Row, catering to many celebrities. Less than a minute to restaurants, world famous Malibu Pier and Surfrider Beach! This vacation rental is open and spacious. This deluxe 1 bedroom sleeps 5. It has a wood burning fireplace, hardwood floors, a very large deck and panoramic views of the coastline. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite counters. There are stairs to the beach that lead directly from the vacation rental. The rental has 1 bedroom with a king size bed. In addition there is a large sleeper sofa and a day bed in the large living room.

Included with the rental is a one-car garage and parking for an extra car. In addition, the property is gated for extra privacy. Fully equipped with a gas barbecue, gas range, microwave, refrigerator, linens and all essentials for cooking & dining. We provide all linens, towels, beach chairs and the kitchen comes fully equipped, so you don't need to pack those essentials. There is also a washer & dryer on site for your convenience. There is garage parking and the property is gated for extra privacy. You can plan for a wonderful, carefree, relaxing vacation. There are panoramic ocean views from every room and a large deck for relaxing and dining. There are steps from the vacation rental to a dry sandy beach with an outdoor shower for washing off the sand. When you are not on the beach, you can enjoy the two flat screen HD TVs, Blu-Ray, stereo with IPod connection, CD player and Wi-Fi. Enjoy the beautiful beaches of Malibu! This unit is on the sand with panoramic views of the ocean and the 'Queens Necklace' of Santa Monica Bay. It is next to world famous Surfrider Beach with an amazing view of the Malibu Pier. Across from Malibu Fitness Center/Gym, Health/Beauty Spa, access to private trainers, pilates, yoga classes and relaxing. Movie theater, Adamson House, shopping, sightseeing and restaurants within minutes. Drive to the Getty Museum, Music Center, LA Zoo, Santa Barbara Zoo, Griffith Observatory, Hollywood, and theme parks (Disney Land, Universal Studios, Knott's Berry Farm & Magic Mountain). The location could not be better. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and we absolutely will return. The unit is older, but honestly who cares about that when you're right on the beach. We loved it. Our notes to the staff are that the couch is really too small for three adults to have comfortable seating. An additional comfortable chair would be great. Also a coffee grinder would be great.

Wonderful stay in Malibu! The location is prime, walking distance to the pier, beautiful beaches and THE VIEW is incredible!!! We loved seeing harbor seals from the balcony and enjoyed morning beach walks. Access to the water and beach was right at our doorsteps. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is due to some maintenance issues like the smell of gas while attempting to preheat the new oven (staff was very responsive and helped us right away), a chirping smoke detector and a faulty kitchen light. However, management was wonderful about addressing our concerns promptly.We are hoping to return!

Beach Bliss!

What a great place! Close to lots of great restaurants, Whole Foods, the Pier and shopping. If you like walking on the beach, hanging out on a roomy balcony, watching a beautiful sunset, listening to the waves crash over the rocks, this is the place to be! Clean place, helpful staff (Angel is so nice!), and easy parking! Will definitely return!

Beautiful Views, Terribly Outdated Condo

While the views were gorgeous and location was perfect for walking to the pier, we were quite dissapointed with the condo itself. We paid luxury prices (500/night) and sadly this rental is very outdated. The floors are in need of replacement and were terribly scraped up and cheap vinyl peeling off (not hardwood floors as described). The tile in the bathroom floors were cracked, there were stains on the toilet, the shower tiling is falling apart and the shower head was not grouted to the wall and hanging there. All the furniture was in need of replacement, with the dining table covered in stains and scrapes, and the living room table is wicker and is so filthy you can see all the dirt and sand in the crevices. There were no curtains in the bedroom and a very bright light outside that was on all night and illuminated the entire room, so we weren't able to sleep well. The kitchen was clean, but there is no dishwasher and all the kitchen pots/pans/etc. Is well used and needs replacing. All in all, we enjoyed the views and location, but for the luxury price we paid, we were expecting a much nicer condo.

It's like you are on a cruise ship! The view and the sound of the ocean waves are incredible. Bed is comfortable and the size of the unit was perfect. Loved the fireplace as it was a bit chilly when there. Any issue we had (and there were very, very few) was quickly handled. Only challenges are if you have a larger size car very difficult to fit in the garage and if you like to cook bring your own knives - these did not cut well but the manager did say he would get new. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Dreamy Solo Trip

I stayed in another unit of theirs a few years back with my mom, and absolutely loved the location. So I booked a solo trip for myself to unwind for a few days and that's exactly what I did. Relaxed, napped, cooked, read - all to the sounds of the waves crashing. You honestly feel like you're in an aquarium or on a cruise ship with the proximity to the sea. Not to mention such a perfect location for walking to the lagoon, the pier, and even shop at Malibu Country Mart, which was especially important for me, as I didn't have a car this trip. Location, Location, Location!

Leave your soundscape app at home. It is unnecessary! Beautiful view as well. I think having more than 2 people might be a challenge as there is only one bathroom. We were greeted upon arrival, and more than once we were checked upon to see if everything was okay. We will retutn!
