We had a truly awful experience with this rental. The place was dirty—floors unswept, sheets with hair on them, and a urine-stained mattress underneath. We even found leftover items from previous guests and a bathroom window that wouldn't lock. To make matters worse, the listing described the unit as "new," but it was far from it in reality. We left immediately and are now dealing with an uncooperative owner. Would not recommend.

Modern property in a good central location. Rooftop area seating is uncomfortable couch cushions will blow away. Rooftop TV does not work. Propane fire pit works and is nice. Property Gate does not close. No key to mailbox. All appliances work great.Downstairs gues bath shower does not drain wel l.

We didn’t get any responses back from host THROUGH app. I had to call and text constantly while we waited outside the property for more than 30 minutes with my family. I finally convinced him to open up the garage. My first experience with VRBO and my last.

Spacious, modern home with a convenient location!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. There were 4 of us, but 6 people would be more than comfortable with the size and layout. The owner was very helpful and responsive. Conveniently located near the freeway, excellent if you are spending time in Hollywood-so close. We would definitely stay here again. The only things I can think of that would have been nice would be a hair dryer and a toaster, but those would merely be bonuses. Highly recommend!

AMAZING STAY

This was such an amazing stay. Pictures and descriptions of the location were very accurate. Really enjoyed the rooftop at night. There was a nice fire place, tv and comfortable seating areas on the rooftop.

Excellent house

House was spacious and beautiful. Location was convenient. Host was kind and accommodating. Asked if there were certain things there like coffee pot steak knives and wine glasses. Couple hours later all items were delivered brand new. Great experience. Highly recommended
