Welcome to Mermaid's Cove LA- A hidden oasis nestled in a quiet, urban, working class neighborhood that's central to everything Los Angeles. Come with your best pirate hat or mermaid tail and frolic amongst the rocks while you bounce from the hot tub to the pool. When you're done lounging around, retreat into the beautiful spanish-style home with vaulted ceilings and plenty of room for your friends and family. Rumor has it, some pirates even buried treasure amongst the property. And Please, no locals.

The space
This beautiful spanish style home is located central to everything Los Angeles. It's spacious at 2064sqft and very inviting. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and 2 living rooms. The resort style pool is 3-5 feet deep and has a built in waterslide and 2 waterfalls! The hot tub is equipped with an umbrella so that you can soak in the shade and not burn that pretty mermaid skin.

Inside the kitchen, you'll find all the silverware, pots, pans and plates you need to cook your own healthy meal, so that you don't catch scurvy!

The living room is fully furnished with a nice smart, flat-screen tv waiting for whatever streaming service you choose to bring. It's a great place for any landlubber who's sea legs don't seem to be working for them anymore. 3 of the bedrooms now have flat screen TVs as well!

In terms of amenities and other plunder, we've got you covered too! You'll have access to small, yet important, things like: An iron, blow dryer, towels, soap, napkins, hangers, oxygen and more.

The oasis in the backyard is so captivating, you'll have to tap into your inner pirate just to avoid the lure of your beautiful mermaid's sweet siren song. Otherwise you'll end up being lost at sea and not able to actually get out and explore the city. Unless maybe that's what you came here for? No judgement! :)

Guest access
You'll have access to the entire home, except the garage, which is being used by the owner, who may need to access it while you are on site. You won't be disturbed.

Other things to note
There is free parking on site that is accessed via the gate in the alley that is operated manually. So you will have to use your own pirate/mermaid muscles to open it. It is not electrically operated.

In an effort to maintain a secure premises, there are multiple security cameras in front of the home and on the driveway. There is a decibel level monitoring device near the only neighbor's fence. There are no cameras inside the house or at the pool.

Due to Socal Gas doubling gas costs overnight, if you want to heat the pool, it costs an extra $165/day. The hot tub is still included at no charge.

The pool is serviced every monday and friday, usually sometime between 8AM-12PM
