The surprise $34 valet fee was annoying and pretty dirty the way they don’t tell you you have to valet to stay there until after they have your keys. Rooms were nice and spacious and bed were comfortable but they didn’t have any firm pillows all the ones they had were super soft.

The staff were friendly, room was clean, amenities as advertised. Something I overlooked when I booked, and honestly hadn’t even considered because the hotel is in the suburbs, is that they have mandatory valet parking at an additional daily cost completely unnecessarily. The parking for your vehicle is on site in their parking lot, they just don’t let you park your own car. It irked me every single time I saw the valet go fetch my car from literally 5 spaces away from where I was standing. Even though the stay was good otherwise, that is honestly a reason I would not return to this hotel.

Room was very clean and big, staff accomodating and friendly. Breakfast was very good. The only downside is that they only offer valet parking.

The staff was very nice and helpful, the hotel was beautiful, the rooms were good size but the bed was very uncomfortable, the bathroom door was a barn door with no privacy or lock and the parking option was only valet with an expensive daily rate.

Hello. The property is nice but i have a few issues. First you have to valet park and that is 35.00 and that is not mentioned at all when you reserve the room. No park on property or close by. The second thing was the room was clean. I always clean my room and my wipes ae not dirty at all, but the floor was very nasty. The carpet really needed to be shampooed. It was very large dirt circles. I have pictures.
