It had two rooms in one

Not at all good

Rooms were surprisingly spacious and decent. Room had flat screen tv and mini fridge. Staff was terrible. Definitely no customer service was present. In fact they forgot to give return our cash room deposit. Other occupants were very sketchy. Suspicious on prostitution running through that place.

Bathtub was dirty. Shower curtain liner was dirty. Floor was dirty. Mirror and stuff in the bathroom were rusty. There are cops flasing their light from cars and helicopter was flying over this place. There was no mattress cover or fitted sheet in the mattress. Side of mattress was black all around and mattress was dirty. Health Department needs to come out. It is such a disappointment to spend $100 a night and see this kind of filthy and they get to stay in business. There seems to be no City regulation or codes on these hotels and it is very sad seeing this kind of third world low quality living in US.

I engaged with an Orbitz rep via phone. I first asked Orbitz to find me a hotel near the airport and got Marriott, which is across the street from the airport. I then asked for something cheaper (as I was only staying for one night) and this property was selected for me. It's about 8 miles from the airport. Everything about it is basically acceptable, although it's quirky, as the photo indicates. The office staff were friendly. The only "amenity" I really missed was a desk in the room. PILLOWS WERE THICK AND LUMPY - but I brought my own, so no issue there. I got a good night's sleep for a price that was on the low side.

The only reason we stayed her was because it was cheaper but our room never got clean trash not taken out. We had to go get more towels and go ask for toilet paper as well. The rooms are a good size. Besides The inconveniences it was closes to shopping center and restaurants. And they don’t offer WIFI either which kind of sucked

The gentleman at the front desk was very accommodating. He accepted us after midnight because we called to let him know we would be late. The room was a mess. The towels were used, there was dirt in the tub and paint on the sink. The paper thin blanket has cigarette burns in it.

Room was clean. Had internet.Close to locations.....

When we drive up there was a sign stating prostitution and drugs are not allowed. It was also posted in the check in office and several places throughout the property. The property is gated in. Upon check in I was told the t.v. remote is a $20 deposit! Our room was missing a lamp shade. The refrigerator was leaking. There was an ironing board with no iron. No counter space. No coffee maker or hair dryer. We had 3 towels and 1 wash cloth. The towel rack fell off the wall. When we showered a cockroach decided to join us and the shower sealant was coming off. There were drip stains by the toilet. We went to dinner that night and saw other guests push open the gate because there wasn't anyone in the office to open it. Extremely upset. Not worth staying at.

My friend and I were traveling throughout Los Angeles during the week and had planned on visiting Universal Studios during our stay. We arrived at about midnight the day of check-in. I had already called to verify it would be ok to check-in that late, that was probably the only bonus of this motel. Although not their fault, the hotel is in a very bad neighborhood. Arriving that late felt very unsafe. There is little parking in the front so we had to park around the corner down a very dark street. My friend and I entered the office and were greeted by an employee who was not personable at all and lacked customer service. He handed us our 2 remotes, gate remote and room key. We pulled into the motel parking lot after opening the gate. We walked into our room which reeked of bug spray as if they had unloaded an entire can in the room. We set our luggage down and my friend walked into the bathroom which was littered with dead insects around the floor and bathtub. The worst of it was when my friend saw a cockroach run across the floor. The longer we stayed the more cockroaches we found. We immediately went to the office, explained the situation and asked for a refund to which the employee just said, O.K. I am currently working with Orbitz to get my refund at this time. We found a Holiday Inn Express nearby and spent three times as much as this place. It was well worth the extra cost to get out of that cockroach infested motel.

Had a 4 night stay at this trashy place, by far the nastiest and disgusting motels I've EVER stayed at in my life! Roach motel (killed like 7 of them in one night, one was even crawling on me in the bed!!!), no WiFi connection, mildewed shower head, bathtub backed up with god knows what kind of water & grime after I showered. Checked out the next day, couldn't bear to stay there another night. If I could give zero stars I would, end of story...

Stayed awake whole night there wasn't no smoking sign behind the door i think some one smoked badly before our stay and also be aware of bed bugs.

The hotel is in the ghetto and scary location, over priced hotel too run down
