Very disappointing stay. BE AWARE that the hotel’s quiet hours policy is from 11pm to 6am. The guests next door took full advantage of this, blasting loud music right up until 11 PM and then starting again at 6 AM sharp. Despite the disturbance going on the front desk staff were unable to intervene due to the hotel’s absurd quite hours. I expected a restful stay and instead had a sleepless night. I would not recommend this hotel if you value basic peace and quiet.

In my decades of traveling, this hotel was at the top of the worst ever. Walking in what hit me initially was the stench of the hotel permeated throughout, the carpets were filthy and appeared to never have been cleaned nor have they been vacuumed. My room seemed unsanitary, it felt dirty. The safety lock did not engage completely, because the door was slightly off the hinge. The bathroom had no toiletries, the dining table was dirty with stains, the air conditioning system did not function on automatic, the shower head was corroded, and the shower head mold buildup in a corner. It was an absolutely filthy hotel and I should’ve been refunded for the one night I stayed there. I had to leave and find another hotel for the balance of the week.

The room was not up to standard. The face of the outlets were broken, the cabinet door was hanging off,kitchen counters were a bit sticky and the t.v. remote was not working properly. It stated non-smoking but the hallway smelled like smoke. The rooms definitley need to be updated and furniture and kitchen items need to be fixed especially when you have an infant walking around.

Unfortunately, the experience did not meet reasonable hospitality standards. The room was reported as visibly rundown and below the condition expected based on the listing. In addition, the guest requested housekeeping services multiple times in advance, and despite these requests, the room was never serviced during the stay. Because the reservation was arranged for business purposes, this reflected directly on our company and created an uncomfortable situation with our client. The guest himself did not submit a formal complaint, as he was not the party who made the reservation, but he communicated the issues to us during and after the stay. Based on the condition of the room and the lack of basic service responsiveness, we could not rate the experience higher than two stars. We are providing this feedback for quality control purposes and to request that this stay be reviewed accordingly.

Worst of the Worst. I stay three nights a week away from home EVERY week. I have stayed in ES before with a good review. This hotel is dirty, worn out, and smelly. When I arrived at my room, I noticed there was no TV remote. I called the desk, and they said they would find one and let me pick it up. I never heard back. DO NOT STAY HERE.
