Upstairs guest running and banging around for 4 hours. Called staff numerous times and going to front desk to ask for help to no avail. Suspect unaccompanied minor left in room. Staff refused to address noise issues. Ended up departing without refund of room charge. Seedy area.

There is construction next door that starts at the crack of dawn. The hillside the property is on echos the construction noise so it feels like you're in the middle of it. There are no curtains, just blackout drapes; so you you can flash the construction workers or just be without sunlight. Even cheap $10 ones would be a vast improvement! This property has "limited" service due to Covid-19 so the few amenities it offered are now gone: housekeeping and the muffin & drip-coffee breakfast. It's competition has no problem offering these amenities, so I don't understand why of all things cleaning would be cut back -- it should be stepped up! You can sometimes get the dishes, pots, and pans that give the reason for staying at Extended Stay properties but I was given the excuse that they "ran out" a couple of times because they were "busy" which would be like running out of pillows -- "run out" and buy more! It's as if Extended Stay America was trying hard to be crappy, because they're succeeding.

Our ESA room was much less expensive than other options in this area of LA, and the fact that it had a kitchen was a great convenience for us. the beds were not very firm but were comfortable, and the pillows were very good. The room was very clean, but the wood on the door and cabinets was a bit banged up, and the carpets needed to be replaced (at least in places). Our tub did not have a stopper. The staff was helpful, but it is up to the customer to ask for and transport any dishes, silverware, extra towels, etc.--and they are not always available when first requested. The rooms are cleaned once a week unless the customer pays extra. These are the ways they keep the costs down, and we thought it was a good deal.

It was...okay. A good deal, price-wise, I guess, but nothing to get excited about. I read other reviews of people booking a King, only to be told upon arrival that a Queen was all that's available, and that happened to me, as well. The room was dated and a bit stuffy, but clean. All that was available by the time I made it to "breakfast" at 7am was a handful of plastic-wrapped muffins.

Located beside Dinah's Restaurant and convenient to LAX

I went here for a leadership seminar over the weekend. This space was a comfortable stay. The staff is very inviting, swift and friendly. Nicholas in the front desk was super helpful and kind while helping me out! They are only available til 11 pm, so everything needed to be talked to with a concierge / front desk should be taken care of til it’s too late. There is a small overnight parking fee if you choose to park inside the lot. There’s a small curb of parking available on the street closest to the hotel, however very very limited!

I needed to check out at 4:30 am to get an early morning flight. There was absolutely no one on duty, I got no receipt and could not speak with anyone to ensure the hotel hold on my credit card, which they insisted on having when I arrived, was released. It was odd that a large chain hotel would have no one available. No one in the building, not even a night watchman. No one. I worried that they had my credit card # and I might be charged for something erroneously. Overall the halls of building were freezing and there was no blow dryer or soap or Kleenex in the room. When I called the front desk early in my stay to ask if these items could be made available they said I could stop by the desk but I was already out of day clothing and had no slippers and they weren’t going to send the items up to the room. They also wanted to charge me for parking in their motel lot which was open parking format. They had trailers parked in the back which was odd-but I have never heard of a drive-up motel hitting customers up for parking fees.

The continental breakfast was not great. I been to better hotelike Holiday Inn that provided a full service continental breakfast that was hot and ready to eat, and made on site.

For the same price or twenty dollars more I could stay at the Marriott. Won’t make this mistake twice and glad I am out of there!

The property was in okay condition, but the room refrig. was dirty on the outside and no ice trays. WORST OF ALL, there was horrible noise above us all night! I tried calling the office but no answer. I didn't get any sleep and I had to drive 400+ miles the next day. I'm very disappointed and will never stay at another Extend Stay. It was a nightmare and really I should have demanded my money back, but I had to leave early and I was very tired from the lack of sleep, due to noise ALL night. You should remove them from your list. Oh there was all so a lot of cars in the lot that looked like homeless people were living in them. The cars was full of junk and you could tell someone was living in them. There was at least 8 to 10 cars like that. It was a pretty scary experience that I wasted $130 on. :(

Poor condition very dirty Poor condition very dirty Poor condition very dirty

Basic Room. was adequate. I wasn't aware to receive many kitchen items from the front desk, until after I booked my room and got upstairs. A dirty stovetop burner set off my fire alarm from simply me heating my dinner up. (I hadn't spilt anytibng on burner). THEN an hour later the smoke alarm went off AGAIN for NO APPARENT REASON. couldn't get it to turn off. I would've 1000% went to another hotel immediately across the street had it not been 1:30/2am and I was simply exhausted from a tremendously long day. There was no one I could talk to in middle of night. The next morning front desk didn't seem to care when I stated concern the next day. I would've also checked out and gone to hotel immediately across street however my funds were tied up in an orbitz refund dispute and I didnt' have means to pay for a 2nd hotel. overall it was ok. But this review ALL depends on what your seeking. I really wanted to got to the close by Marriott, but I waited too long to book and they were sold out. sad for me. For a super basic hotel, and a staff that half cares if/ when something happens. This is an ok place. Room seemed clean, OTHER than the faulty stove and I think a few other tiny things.

Excellent Hotel. Great Staff who helped my mom with her luggage when we checked inside.

They are doing inside reconstruction. Staff seemed to be alone. Rooms had Zero plates, cups etc. Front desk said they'd bring them and never did. The room key never worked. Couldnt use amenities because of this. No do not disturb signs available. Parking was scarce.
