Lots of parking space. Cant really think of anything bad

I've been going there quiet a bit and it has been a nice stay but lately it's become dirty. Flight the rooms aren't fully cleaned where i just roaches appearing more than ever .. I couldn't sleep called the front they don't do anything about my stay .. yet the clerk said call tomorrow at 6am and get a full refund. So I did now I have to wait till 11.. so I did.. and they thought I wanted to stay another night there so I would reserved another night but instead they of course change my room... I don't want to stay there anymore .. highly disappointed..

Their beds were pretty comfortable thats about it!

The staff was friendly and professional, but both rooms looked like someone had been using them to give people haircuts. There were hair clipping on the bed, in the bathroom, and in one of the bath towels. The trash can had not been emptied, and the usual kitchen amenities (pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, silverware, etc..) were missing and apparently hard to locate by the staff. The location is also listed as “breakfast included” but all breakfast service has been cancelled due to the COVID-19 situation. That is understandable, but then room rates and booking details should reflect that change.

No mirror in bathroom, many outlets didn't work, dishes outside that didn't get picked up (not mine). Tv remote was failing, very unfriendly employees, no continental breakfast as advertised, just grab and go, no room cleaning in 4 days

Not a real con for continental breakfast for costumers to eat.

The room smelled horrible, there were bugs and dried food splattered all over the walls.

I didn't find the place as expected. It's ok just for one night.

I went down for the “breakfast” that was offered when I booked, and there was none. Just coffee and granola bars!

We went to Northridge for business. The hotel was perfect for that!

Soaps smell badly Toilet doesn't drain; got to flush 4-5 times each use

The property was dirty , inside and out. The free breakfast was false advertisement and should have read, free snacks. There was a huge bug crawling down my headboard and made my stay very uncomfortable.

When we showed up, the front desk said we did not have a room, even though we called to confirm and check in before we left our home earlier that day. After waiting about 30 minutes at about 1:00 A.M., they gave us a room that smelled like Marijuana and had bugs crawling on the floor in the kitchen area. They moved us to another room that appeared to be cleaned, but after we moved our stuff in, we started to notice that nothing had been properly cleaned. The tub, toilet, counter tops, every surface was dirty.

The staff was SUPER rude! The rooms were filthy (pics to prove) and smelled horribly. Worst of all the manager walked in on me in the morning while naked!! And when I confronted her about it she immediately flipped it on me, a paying client! I will never go back again. I would like to be refunded for this trip as I am distressed by the behavior of the “manager”.
